so as many of you probably already experienced having acne sucks I can tell

you from personal experience it's an instant confidence killer and having

dealt with it myself I know you try to do everything under the Sun to try to

solve it and it seems like nothing works the crazy thing is that there's a lot of

things that you do on your daily basis that could be causing your acne

including the same things that you're doing to try to fight it that's what

we're going to cover today the number one culprit that you don't even realize

is also your best friend that's right your cell phone think about it we spent

hours on this thing putting your greasy fingers typing on it all day you

probably take it into your bathroom it falls on the floor then you grab that

same dirty phone and put it against your cheek in your chin well guess what all

that oil all that bacterial build-up ends up right up press against your skin

and that's what could be clogging your pores and causing some of your acne the

solution is very simple the number one thing make sure that phone is clean you

want to clean your phone at least once a week this is an easy process using

antibacterial wipes and second of all obviously a good wash if you think

your problem is clogged pores try looking for foaming face washes usually

these do a better job of going in there and unclogging your pores and even

better if you can get a spin brush it'll do the job ten times better than just

your fingers a second thing that could be causing your acne without you

realizing it is the hair products you use this is also referred to as pomade

acne especially on your forehead and sideburn region a lot of these hair

products that are meant to control frizz or keep your hair in place all day have

petroleum and oil based products in them to help them achieve what they promote

so an easy fix every time you go out and buy a hair

product make sure that they are oil free This is the number one thing you want to look

at to make sure that that's not what's causing your acne number three is over

scrubbing you see when it comes to acne you want to be proactive not reactive

and so many times guys will jump on a skincare routine once the problem is

like at its worst trying to solve it so when they get a breakout they don't wash

their face three to four times a day and this is what's counterproductive over

scrubbing and washing your face so much will dry out your face and really just

piss off your acne and make it worse and even take it a step further since over

washing your face so much will dry out of your face

guess what your faces oil production will go into overdrive and you will

start producing more oil like crazy and you want to know what's even worse than

that over scrubbing your face that bad especially when you have acne will then

lead to more permanent problems like acne scars that that's way harder to get

rid of the solution well it's quite simple if you do have acne scars I'm

when it comes to acne you want to control oil as much as possible guys

tend to think that using a moisturizer will make them more oily reality is not

using a moisturizer will do just that you not keeping your face hydrated

with a good moisturizer will cause your face to produce oil to help it stay

hydrated so if you can use moisturizer every day it's going to cut
