my coach always says in a couple of years we

support you but your doing it for yourself

on the tracks so you gotta motivate yourself

and you got to want it as much as everybody else on the track

what i'm capable of I know it within myself

I don't get scared easy what I may be doing often in training

but when i go on that track it's like i transform

no matter how far you think you are ahead of me

never scared of anyone when i go out there

everything come together when i'm on the track

listen the work is behind the scene competition

is the easy part behind the scenes is where

that it wasn't really easy for me it's just

the key thing is to train hard and you definitely

need competition you definitely need races because

against other people who are a high level

what else you need to work on in training

sounds weird but you have to get bad to get

this is so bad then the only way you can go now

sometimes i might say i'm never going to make it but the only way you can go now is up
