  • What's up? I'm Marko. I'm Alex, and we're the Vagabrothers.

  • As you might know, we've been traveling the world for quite awhile now.

  • So we're gonna make a new series of videos,

  • highlighting the top 10 things to do in our favorite places around the world.

  • Starting with our home town,

  • San Diego, California.

  • Number 1: beaches.

  • San Diego has over 100 kilometers of coastline.

  • Everything from the boardwalk of Pacific Beach

  • to the classic surf breaks of La Jolla

  • or the more down-low spots in Sunset Cliffs.

  • San Diego's only 15 minutes from Mexico,

  • which means that we've got the best Mexican food in the whole country.

  • But, we can't agree on who serves up the best burrito.

  • I vote for Cuatro Milpas

  • Dude. No Way! El Cuervo! See what I mean?

  • Number 3: Craft Beer

  • San Diego is quickly becoming the craft beer capital of the U.S.

  • with dozens of breweries,

  • cranking out some badass beer that's changing the American brew scene for the hoppier.

  • Number 4: Old Town

  • Old Town is the original Spanish settlement of San Diego.

  • Now, it's pretty touristic,

  • but it's a good place to get a dose of local history

  • and a great place for a strong Margherita.

  • From there, head up the coast to Torrey Pines State Park,

  • a gorgeous stretch of cliffs and coasts

  • that's the best place to see unspoiled San Diego.

  • Number 6: San Diego Harbor

  • San Diego is a city of sails and home to the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet.

  • Take it in with a sunset cruise!

  • For dinner, head to Hillcrest,

  • home to San Diego's LGBT community

  • and some of the best ethnic restaurants in town.

  • For Ethiopian cuisine, to Afgan!

  • For drinks, head up Washington Street to North Park,

  • the hipster hangout of San Diego,

  • complete with cafes, book shops, and some of the best bars in the city.

  • Number 9: Petco Park in downtown.

  • Watching a baseball game in San Diego's new ball park is a must.

  • It's built between old brick warehouses

  • and its construction completely revitalized downtown.

  • Win or lose,

  • post game drinks in the nearby Gaslamp District is a guaranteed home-run.

  • Finally, explore the rest of San Diego County.

  • It's one of the largest in the country with plenty to see:

  • from the beach towns to the north,

  • to the outdoor opportunities of the east.

  • And of course, you can always visit Tijuana.

  • See our episode here.

  • So that's our Top 10 for San Diego.

  • Now, we know we could not fit everything into that video
