  • but, like, sometimes it just does not get to you guys...

  • and without a further a do, let's get on the video.

  • Let's go!

  • [MUSIC]

  • Mmm, chips are my fav' companion while

  • watching Netflix, but I always try not to

  • eat the whole bag, cause y'know, health reasons.

  • So finding a way to seal it is the bane of my existence,

  • and it always ends up stale.

  • [Sad Violin]

  • There are a lot of hacks out there for sealing your chip bag,

  • but I thought this one was so neat and creative

  • that I had to share it with you guys.

  • You basically need two large straws, like

  • boba straws. Simply cut one straw

  • all the way from end to end,

  • then roll the end of the chip bag around

  • the other straw, and secure it with the

  • cut one. This is probably

  • the most air-tight seal I've seen,

  • and it looks super neat and cute,

  • and honestly, I've never seen

  • a sealed chip bag look this awesome!

  • [MUSIC]

  • Don't you hate it when you get home and fumble around, looking for the right house key,

  • because all your keys look exactly

  • the same? Yeah. This happens

  • to me a lot. And the more of a rush

  • I'm in, the longer it usually

  • takes for me to find the right key. Go figure.

  • But you can solve this really easily by using some different colored nail polish

  • just coat the top half of the key with your nail polish and use a different color for each key.

  • Just let them dry and you have super cute looking, color coded keys.

  • And the most fun part is that you can play with glitter and different colors!

  • So just remember which color is for what

  • and that's it. No more fumbling around!

  • [MUSIC]

  • If you're storing food in the freezer, it's a good idea to

  • use a freezer bag so there isn't too much ice formation on your food.

  • Otherwise known as freezer burn.

  • You should also try to remove as much air from the bag as possible!

  • and there are vaccum bags out there but if are having

  • trouble doing this manually heres a cool trick!

  • Simply fill up a large bowl of water

  • and dump your bag into the water while leaving the very top outside and seal it!

  • And you're done! see how all the air is gone?

  • and the bag is completly sticking to the food, that what you want!

  • Basically, the pressure of the water around the bag

  • pushes all of the excess air out automatically,

  • which is much easier than manually trying to do it.

  • It works with just about anything

  • and it's so easy to do,

  • so definitely give this a go next time.

  • [MUSIC]

  • I don't know if this happens to you, but

  • I just find some cans particularly painful

  • to open.

  • Maybe I have

  • super soft hands...

  • at least I like to think that,

  • but most likely, I'm just weak.

  • But if you have this problem, too, I have the solution.

  • Just take a spoon and use it as a lever

  • against the rim of the can.

  • You won't hurt your finger of you won't accidentally cut yourself, either.

  • Opening your can has never been so safe.

  • Hehe.

  • [MUSIC]

  • Ever tried hanging a painting

  • on a tall

  • hook?

  • It's not much fun, especially

  • if you're a shortie like me.

  • Like, I could never just hook it

  • on the first go,

  • and by the fifth attempt, my

  • arms are hurting.

  • Maybe I should do

  • some weights.

  • Hehe.

  • Anyways, there's

  • actually a hack for this,

  • and it's using a fork!

  • Simply stick the fork prongs

  • into the hook

  • and let the handle

  • of the fork fall

  • away from the wall.

  • That way, you can easily

  • loop your painting over the fork.

  • It'll slide right down on top of the hook!

  • Pretty neat trick, right?

  • [MUSIC]

  • If you tie your shoelaces like

  • this, you'd be considered

  • "Pretty Normal"

  • but if you want to tie your shoelaces like

  • ninja,

  • here's how.

  • Grab each shoelace, but leave

  • your thumb and index finger free.

  • Then wrap your thumb and index fingers around the shoelace,

  • turning opposite directions.

  • Then grab the shoelace of the other hand

  • with a pincer grip

  • and pull it through. And

  • you're done!

  • This is easier with longer

  • laces, but with a little practice,

  • you'll get faster and faster,

  • and this will all become second nature

  • and the next time you tie your laces in front of anyone,

  • they will be so impressed!

  • [MUSIC]

  • If you own a

  • pair of slippers

  • when they're gripped,

  • this might have happened to you. (Oooooww!)

  • A quick and easy fix

  • is to use a hot glue gun

  • to glue some patterns on the soles

  • of the slippers

  • That'll give it some extra grip, and

  • possibly save yourself from a nasty fall

  • and some bruises.

  • Make sure all the glue has been completely

  • dried and hardened,

  • so you don't leave any glue residue on your floors.

  • [MUSIC]

  • Everyone forgets their keys

  • once in a while.

  • Myself, probably more than most.

  • But don't make the mistake of putting your spare

  • key

  • in a super obvious place,

  • like, under the doormats or under a pot-plant.

  • because you won't know who will get their hands on it. (BEEP)

  • Instead, just take an inconspicuous rock from your garden

  • and a small container.

  • Hot glue your rock onto the container and place

  • your spare key inside.

  • Then dig out a small hole in your garden and hide

  • the container inside it

  • Cover the top with some dirt, and your'e

  • done!

  • it looks completely camouflaged

  • and only you will know where the key is by identifying the rock

  • you used.

  • Genius!

  • [MUSIC]

  • My earphones always

  • end up super tangled in my bag

  • no matter how long they've been in there for.

  • But you can easily fix this problem by using a simple

  • bread tag.

  • Just wrap your earphones around a few fingers

  • and then clip it in place with your bread tag.

  • It works just fine and the

  • best thing is it's cheap and easy to do.

  • [MUSIC]

  • Is it just me,

  • or does everyone have a drawer like this in their house?

  • Yeah,

  • I'm not proud of it, either.

  • [CLASSICAL MUSIC]

  • We can easily

  • organize your plastic bags neatly

  • by using an old wipes container.

  • There's a trick so you can dispense your bags

  • super easily.

  • You basically need to flatten out the

  • plastic bag and fold it in half.

  • Then do the same thing with another plastic bag

  • and lay the handle-part over the bottom part

  • of the first bag.

  • Then repeat this until

  • you're satisfied with the

  • amount.

  • Then fold the handles of the very first

  • plastic bag to the side and start rolling

  • the bags

  • into one big roll.

  • You'll notice that the handles

  • we fold are sticking out of the cylinder,

  • which is what we want.

  • Next use the wipes container and place

  • the bags inside

  • and then pull the handles

  • out

  • from the dispenser.

  • That's pretty much it.

  • It dispenses your bags

  • just like a tissue box!

  • And it looks so neat

  • and it makes getting

  • the next plastic bag

  • really satisfying.

  • [MUSIC]
