  • Hi there, I'm Angela Oberer and I have a trick question for you.

  • What does brain fog, Cancer, Candida, Depression, Diabetes, and Obesity have in common?

  • I know you're sitting there going "Hmmm, those are such diverse ailments, what could they

  • possibly have in common?" Sugar.

  • Sugar fuels all of those diseases. So what happens when you cut the sugar out

  • of your diet? Well what happens is you miraculously start

  • to heal from the inside out. Now today's good idea comes from John Nordlinger,

  • whose been encouraging me for a very long time to do a good idea on reducing sugar in

  • our diets. I've resisted because I too am addicted to Sugar. I LOVE sugar just like

  • everyone else. Okay the food companies know that by adding

  • little bits of sugar into our pre-packaged foods, makes us crave those foods, we become

  • addicted to those foods. We want to go out and buy more of those foods.

  • But when you cut those sugars out of your diet like my friend John, he mysteriously

  • lost 35lbs. His energy levels increased, now he's up hiking the sides of mountains, he

  • looks better than he's ever looked and he feels better than he's ever felt.

  • Wow! There's something to that. Right?

  • So where do you start? Because there is sugar hidden in all the foods that we eat.

  • Well where you start, is you become aware. Get on the internet and do your research.

  • Find out what the effects of Sugar are in your life.

  • How much sugar do you consume? And then start being aware. Look at the foods

  • that you eat, are you being served deserts every night for dinner?

  • And if so, cut those deserts out. When you go out to a restaurant, don't order deserts.

  • Just say no. Then you can start looking at syrups.

  • Look at syrups and molasses, and honey, and agave, and corn syrups, that we add to our foods to make

  • them taste better. Then look at the added table sugars that we

  • pour in our coffees, and the sweetened coffee creamers, and the sugary sodas that we drink

  • that are just empty calories that fill our body and do all kinds of terrible harm.

  • Become aware and take control of your life, by choosing to say no to sugar.

  • Because not only will your health increase, but you'll have more energy, you'll lose weight,

  • you'll feel so much better, and it's a good idea.

  • It's a good idea.
