It goes completly back to normal because that motivation

now i'm not saying motivation is a bad thing

it's actually a good thing. You should have

something that gets you up in the morning that gets

I'm not just relying on that to get  shit done day to day

So going back to that example for the gym

motivation is great for getting you started

but it horiable for getting you to finish

You know what's great for getting you  to finish what you started?

you have the freedom to sit anywhere you want

Psychologist have found that according to your brain

that almost everything you do is apart of a habbit

your teeth or a bad habit like procrastinating

Your brain  cant differentiate between good ones and bad ones

Every time you hit the snooze button every time you hezitate

because again, your brain just likes habits

the thing that snaps me back to reality is

Everything single you hate about yourself is because of a Bad Habit
