  • bit better. Sometimes it’s hard to decide what’s the worst part about allergies: the

  • itchy eyes, the sneezing, the runny nose, or the way your allergy medication makes you

  • feel. Okay, itching, sneezing and runny nosethat's definitely the worst part. But you may not

  • need to settle for the least bad of two uncomfy situations, thanks to a great anti-inflammatory

  • called Quercetin. Studies have shown that this little flavonol can help alleviate symptoms

  • of allergies by decreasing histamine production. So, where can you get this little miracle

  • compound? That’s the best part. You probably already have some in your kitchen. The easiest

  • place to get it is from black tea, red wine or apples, all of which naturally contain

  • Quercetin. Apples are one of the easiest snacks to toss in your bag and eat at any time. Black

  • tea has caffeine in it, so no worries about making you drowsy. And wouldn’t it be great

  • if the next time you pop the cork on a nice bottle of red wine, youll partially be

  • doing it for your health? So remember: Quercetin, found in black tea, red wine and apples, is

  • a natural remedy for allergy symptoms. Try one of these natural remedies occasionally,

  • and you may feel just a little bit better.
