and I try not to read it.

I don't go on the blogs and Google it and -

'cause everyone has an opinion.

And they're entitled to it.

And that's okay.

But, unfortunately, in the cyber world,

they have a wall to hide behind.

And so they say things that they probably wouldn't otherwise.

And they're probably saying it because they're

unhappy with something about themselves,

and so they lash out in this anonymous way.

And so I think it's just having that awareness as well.

And being educated and smart enough to know that that's

what they're doing.

They're doing it because they like something about you

that they don't have, and then they

feel better about themselves by belittling you.

So it's not - as personal as it feels, it isn't personal.

It's more about them than it is about you.

If you're being cyberbullied and you hate it,

then don't keep perpetuating that.

Because if you do it too, because everyone else is doing

it, then it's never gonna stop.
