• look at: To use your eyes to focus on something
• ancient history: The study of the distant past, from the earliest humans through the first great civilizations.
• down under: A colloquial term for Australia and New Zealand.
• on parade: In a state of formal display or ceremony.
• hold on: To wait for someone (e.g. on a phone call)
• at first sight: Immediately on seeing someone or something for the first time; based on a first impression.
