Either way, it's quite the chemical reaction.

Number 48, Kevin Kline as Tulio and Kenneth Branagh as Miguel.

With their heaps of high profile films and award winning performances, it's safe to say Kevin Kline and Kenneth Branagh are better known for being on screen than off it.

And yet when they stepped behind the mic for the Road to El Dorado.

Despite only being able to emote with their voice, they both imbue their characters with the exact kind of thrifty energy you'd expect.

The biggest compliment we can give is that it doesn't even seem like this is Klein or Branagh when you're immersed in this story.

It just sounds like Tulio and Miguel to us.

It's up to be a God bred where mortals have not tried be deified when really you're a sham.

We have to give it up for the whole cast here.

But if there's one power up star to give out, we have to hand it to Keegan Michael Key.

Okay, so they're messing with you and I don't like it.

His hilariously over the top reactions feel the closest to his gaming counterpart.

It's hard to stand out in such a stacked cast, especially in a world as bright as the Mushroom kingdom.

But from Keegan Michael Key, we shouldn't even be surprised.

That is how you Princess Tessa Thompson as Lady and Justin Theroux as Trampoline lady and the Tramp.

But did you just hear everything that I said?

Despite being lost in the shuffle of Disney releases, this live action remake brought full force performances from its pair of well cast leads.

We all know Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux can act, but

portraying an authentic relationship with nothing more than verbal lines is easier said than done.

The only complaint we have is how little it's been discussed.

A pair of underrated performances in an already underrated film.

We have to put some respect on Thompson and Theroux's names.
