Prime Minister Fat Mingjing on Tuesday held separate meetings with the Ambassadors of Japan, the United Arab Emirates, UAE and CADA to promote bilateral cooperation.

The discussions center on advancing cooperation in energy security and reliable oil supplies.

Both sides express commitment to deepening economic partnership for mutual benefit.

In his meeting with Japanese Ambassador Ito Naoki, the Prime Minister highlighted concerns over disruptions to global oil supply chains amid Middle east tensions.

He requested Japan's support in diversifying Vietnam's crude oil sources, including potential access to Japan's reserves and facilitating supply options for the Nissan refinery, as well as advancing the Block B omon project.

The Japanese Ambassador pledged to convey these proposals to Tokyo.

During talks with UAE Ambassador to Vietnam Bader Abdullah Al Matsushi, the Vietnamese Prime Minister called for swift implementations of commitments made during his recent phone call with the President of the uae, particularly on ensuring stable oil and gas supplies.

He also proposed expanding cooperation in finance, innovation, digital transformation and cyber security.

Meeting Qatari Ambassador to Vietnam Khalid Ali Abdullah Abel, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Vietnam's commitment to peaceful conflict resolution.

He urged Qatar to ensure LNG supply under existing agreements once conditions stabilize and to enhance cooperation in offshore energy development and regional reserves and work toward elevating bilateral relations to a new level.

All sides agreed to accelerate the implementation of high level commitments in the energy sector.

Prime Minister Fat Ming Jin received the Eisenhower foundation delegation from the United States on Tuesday.

He highlighted the strong and comprehensive development of Vietnam U.

S Relations, with education and training as key pillars.

The Prime Minister praised the Foundation's contributions, including scholarship programs such as the Eisenhower Fellowship, and

called for deeper, more effective cooperation to develop high quality human resources, particularly in emerging fields.

He also called for support in strengthening bilateral ties, including efforts to remove Vietnam from the U.S.

strategic Export Control List and to recognize the market economy status.

He further urged expanded scholarships and improved access to education in disadvantaged areas.

The foundation commanded Vietnam's development achievements and and affirm its commitment to strengthening cooperation, including linking educational institutions, research bodies and expert networks.
