We are on the brink of World War 3 and most people have no idea.

World war happens when there isn't a single country that can reinforce the laws around the globe.

Between 1991, up until recently, the United States was militarily and economically dominating the entire world.

So nobody would start a war because if you would do that, the United States will impose sanctions on you, which means that your economy will cripple.

Worst case scenario, the United States is going to invade you.

So the only country that had the right to wage any kind of wars was the United States of America.

But all these nations did not have the military power or the economic power to do that.

Before 1991, there was a Cold war between Soviet Union and the United States.

Since World War II ended, and this war ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union.

And since then, the United States had a strategy to ensure that the United States will stay at the top of the game for as long as possible.

This is what I call the US Empire strategy.

On one side, you have the economic flywheel.

On the other side, you have the military flywheel.

And when you understand both of these concepts, you understand how the United States supposed to be the most powerful country in history forever.

So the economic flywheel means that it is profitable to do business with the United States.

So the US Knows that sooner or later other nations will rebuild their economies and they will be competing with the United States.

You don't want a single country to compete with you.

You want to stay at the top of the game and all other nations relying on you.

So here was the strategy of the United States.

The US Would go to any other country and would tell them, you want to get rich, you can do business with the United States.

We have the world's largest consumer market.

You can literally produce anything you want in your country and just sell it in the United States.

So if you want to be rich, you have to do business with the United States.

But if you want to do business with the United States, you must use our currency, which we call the US Dollar.

Now you're thinking about the fact that should I actually stay poor or should I use the US Dollar to do business with the United States?

Of course, most countries chose to use the US Dollar.

But if you're using a lot of dollars, that means that you have to invest this dollar somewhere.

And where else are you going to invest that money other than the United States of America.

Because imagine you did so much business with the United States and you earned $1 trillion.

$1 trillion is losing money due to inflation.

debt market by loaning it either to the U.S. government or to U.S.

consumers and institutions in form of mortgage backed securities, for example, and

you will earn interest that is higher than the inflation rate.

But if you want to get truly rich, you can take that money and invest it in the US Stock market.

Look at the stock market historically can get you at least 10%.

So you are mathematically guaranteed to make a lot of money.

And you will get wealthier and wealthier, wealthier and wealthier.

So all these nations that got rich off the United States spend that money back in the United States.

And when all that money is coming back to the United States, what do you think is happening to the US Economy?

And since the US Economy is growing faster, you are making more money out of the United States.

And because doing business in the United States is more beneficial, you do more business with the United States because.

But if you want to do business with the United States, you have to use the US Dollar.

Even though that everybody else is making money.

The United States is the biggest beneficiary out of this system.

So if you look at the largest economies, historically, at least since 1960s, you will see that yes, many other economies have actually grown, such as Germany, Japan, the uk, France, India.

It has grown way faster than any other economy.

In fact, the gap between the United States and other nations from 1960s and now has only increased bigger and bigger and bigger.

And even China that followed the exact same strategy, it got a lot wealthier.

You are poor, your people are starving you, you can do business with the United States and you will get super rich.

China started using the US Dollar to be part of the US Economic empire.

But China, of course, cannot possibly even compete with the United States because the system is designed in such a way that the United States should be at the top of the game.

But it also means that the United States has to run a trade balance or a trade deficit with other nations.

Because if you want to lure somebody into your country or into your system, then it must be profitable to do business with you.

So if you want China instead of developing their own system to get into your system, then China should be able to sell in the United States.

Japan should be able to sell in the United States, which means that you will be running a trade deficit.

Now, at first glance, a trade deficit is really bad because other nations are selling more in your country than you are selling in their country.

Those nations are selling in your country.

And now you have the right to print dollars because they want dollars.

So you're just creating and printing dollars and dollars and dollars, and

your economy keeps growing, so you're exporting your inflation to all of these nations.

Now, what do you think these countries are doing with those dollars?

Yes, they have built their own infrastructure, they've built their own economies, but

Should I invest it back in my country, whatever it is, Germany, the uk, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, or I should invest it in the United States?

So all of that trade deficit comes back and it's reinvested back in the United States, and

So at first it seems like the United States is losing, but

in reality, this is the reason why the US Economy is the world's largest economy and should theoretically keep staying the world's largest economy forever.

Now, the second part of this strategy is the military flywheel.

Because if you don't have the military power, you cannot maintain your empire, you cannot maintain your economic dominance.

Now, the country that can spend the most on the military theoretically should have the world's best military.

Because if you have more money, you can spend more on research and development.

You can develop far better aircrafts, far better aircraft carriers, far better missiles, which means that you will have a stronger military.

After World War II, the United States had the largest economy.

So the United States could spend more than any other country on Russia research and development.

And the United States build a certain amount of really good military equipments.

Then the United States creates an organization or an alliance called NATO.

The point of NATO is to have a military alliance.
