Donald Trump just ruined the entire US Economy.

This is going to take decades for the United States to recover.

This is by far one of the greatest failures in the history of the United States.

The Supreme Court decided that Trump's tariffs are completely unconstitutional and most of them are going to be canceled.

And this is, according to Donald Trump, that this is a disaster.

Back in January, Donald Trump has posted that the actual numbers that we would have to pay back in if for any reason the Supreme Court were to rule against the United States of America on tariffs, would be many hundreds of billions of dollars, potentially trillions of dollars.

according to Donald Trump himself, that this is all could possibly turn into a huge catastrophe.

And he ended his post by saying that we're all screwed if that is going to happen.

So Donald Trump himself even believes that the United States is completely screwed.

The real question is the court suddenly blocked Trump's tariffs.

Trump used the International Emergency Economic power Act of 1977 to justify his tariffs against many nations.

And the Supreme Court decided that this is completely unconstitutional.

And these two things are not completely connected with one another.

Secondly, the Supreme Court made it clear that a tariff is a tax because when you are importing something to the United States and you have to pay a tax on it or a tariff, suddenly prices.

And the Supreme Court made it clear that it's the Congress that has the ability to impose new taxes.

And the President of the United States does not have that authority, which means that Donald Trump has exceeded his authorities, which is why these tariffs are completely unlawful.

So which tariffs are going to stay and which tariffs are going to be eliminated?

All the tariffs, the 25% tariff on China, Mexico and Canada related to fentanyl, which is will be completely eliminated.

The 10% baseline tariff that Donald Trump has literally imposed on every nation on the world will also be completely eliminated.

So if these countries had a 10 or 20% tariff, most likely they will now have a 0% tariff.

All the reciprocal tariffs that Donald Trump has imposed on so many nations.

Remember on April 2nd when Donald Trump presented a huge chart with tariffs on every single nation?

All of these tariffs are completely unconstitutional and will be canceled, but

The tariffs that Donald Trump has imposed in China back in 2018 and 2019 on Chinese EVs and steel and aluminum will stay in place.

I don't even know how to react to this news because Trump's entire presidential agenda was based on the fact that he is going to force these nations to sign trade agreements that are beneficial to the United States because he has this leverage over them.

The United States consumer market is the largest market in the world.

So you can force these countries to do what you want.

If you wanna trade in the United States, please don't come and pay the tariff if you don't want to.

You're losing hundreds of billions of dollars and your economy depends on the consumer market of the United States.

Donald Trump came out and made it clear that he is not going to give up.

In fact, he is now going to impose a 10% tariff on the rest of the world.

But there is one problem with this new tariff.

This new tariff can only be in place for 150 days.

And if Donald Trump wants to extend that tariff, then he needs the approval of the Congress.

And if he is going to lose the Congress in mid term elections, that is literally the end of all tariffs.

And he won't have any power or ability to continue imposing these tariffs.

Donald Trump has spent the entire last year bragging about the great deals he signed with the European Union, Japan, India and China.

The European Union would pay the United States 15% in tariff and would buy $750 billion worth of energy from the United States.

If Trump's tariffs are completely unconstitutional and there has not been any real documents or agreements that have been signed that the European Union will buy so much energy from the United States to, do you think they are going to proceed with this deal?

Now they don't have to pay any taxes or tariffs by bringing their products to the United States.

Now nobody is any longer afraid from Trump's tariffs.

But you know what it did it hurt the United States relationship with the European Union because over the last year the European Union has moved much closer to China.

They have signed a free trade agreement with India and they have diversified their trading partners.

And now they are no longer as relying on the United States as they used to in the past, which means that it only hurt the United States.

Donald Trump has also bragged about the deal that he has signed with Japan.

Japan would buy a hundred Boeing planes from the United States to support Boeing because Boeing lately has not been doing as great as it used to in the past.

Japan would also pay a 15% tariff when they sell in the United States.

And finally, Japan will invest in the United States $550 billion.

And the vast majority of these profits will go back to the US Government.

Do you think Japan will now invest $550 billion?

When they signed this deal, I told you that this $550 billion was just a pledge by Japan and was not an actual contract that would be enforced or that could be enforced to force the Japanese government to do so.

Now these investments are not even coming to the United States at all.

Donald Trump has also signed a trade deal or forced India to stop buying the Russian energy because if they do so, Donald Trump is going to impose 100% tariff on India.

But now I guess India is no longer afraid of Donald Trump's threats on tariff.

Trump has also bragged about that he's now negotiating with China to sign a far better trade deal with the United States.

And the negotiations started when they de escalated the tariffs to 35%.

That was the leverage that the United States has over China.

And now imagine with the Supreme Court's decision, if you remove the 25% fentanyl tariff and you remove the 10% baseline tariff, now, you have nothing to negotiate against.

Yes, of course there are going to be some tariffs left, especially from the first Trump presidency.

And now there is like another 10% global tariff that Donald Trump has imposed on the rest of the world, including China.

But China knows that tariff is going to expire in 150 days.

Now the United States will enter into a negotiation with China by having no leverage whatsoever.

At the end of the day, the tariffs ruin the trade relationships with every country in the world because the United States, or Trump in particular, has imposed tariffs on every single country in the world.

Secondly, it pushed the US Allies closer to China.

Over the last year, the UK has moved closer to China.

It was literally the first visit by the Prime Minister of the UK to China in over eight years.

And the European Union no longer trusts the United States and has been moving away from the United States.

The United States is not simply back to square one, but

rather nobody is going to take the United States seriously anymore.

Now Trump has announced a 10% global tariff, and nobody is going to take that seriously.

Now, if Trump is going to call India or China and threaten them with tariff to negotiate a much better deal, what do you think the response are going to be?

At the end of the day, the United States will no longer be collecting even a single dollar from tariffs.

But now the US Companies across the globe will have competition from China because the European Union, the UK And Canada have moved much closer to China than the United States after the United States has threatened to impose such high tariffs on them.
