It's a beautiful movie and it's really funny, even for adults.

So in a cinema watch, we see Maui trying to steal Moena's canoe after they meet for the first time.

But it turns out she has a powerful ally, the ocean itself, which won't get Maui getaway so easily.

Now, the reason why the ocean is magically helping Moana is quite interesting.

She's on an important mission to return this object called the heart of Te Fiti.

And in the second part of today's lesson, we'll also watch a scene to understand why she needs to return it and where it should go.

But for now, let's get started with the first scene.

So to be blasted out means to be sent flying away with a lot of force, like from an explosion.

Other two common applications for this word are referring to being very loud.

Like saying the music was blasting from the speakers.

And there's also the colloquial expression to have a blast.

Which means to have a great time and have fun.
