At the end of the day, wars are really bad.

But whether you like it or not, it's always a financial opportunity.

During any kind of conflict, wealth transfers from one group of people into another.

So if you know exactly what you are doing, if you buy the right assets, and

if you invest in the right assets, you will end up one of the winners of this war.

And this is not just about the Iran war, but

rather, there has been a series of conflicts that has been happening throughout 2025 and now 2026.

First, Donald Trump has actually waged the trade war against the rest of the world, the reciprocal tariffs.

But the Supreme Court has shut down his tariffs and now the US Government has has to pay in refunds, hundreds of billions of dollars.

He also captured the President of Venezuela.

If this war is going to turn into another forever war, it can easily cost the US Government trillions of dollars.

Now, we don't know for a fact how this war is going to end, but

oil prices are already up and that is going to cause inflation.

So the longer this war is going to continue, the more it is going to cost the the entire global economy.

But historically, the US Government used to fund wars by raising money.

So if you have a conflict, you will raise taxes and pay off the conflict.

However, over the last 25 years, something fundamentally has changed.

The United States began funding wars with debt.

And that has not been historically the case.

Even if you go to World War II, half of it was financed with taxes and the other half was borrowed.

But then the US Government paid off the debt.

The problem with debt is that it is the exact same problem that people run in their personal lives.

When you are in a crisis, you supposed to lower down your standard of living.

There is no shame in using debt to get out of that problem as long as you pay off that debt after you go out.

But if you don't and you start getting hooked on credit cards, one day you will find yourself in a position where you are simply living off your credit card and your interest payments will start growing and growing and growing.

And one day you will find out that your entire paycheck just goes into the interest payments.

You will never get out of that crisis unless you declare bankruptcy.

And the US Government has been following that path.

Historically you see, back in 1980s, the US deficit has grown or doubled, I would say, because Ronald Reagan has passed the largest tax cuts in history.

Suddenly the national debt has tripled in less than 10 years.

And that sounded the alarm for investors because investors who used to lend money to the US government realized that the debt to DP ratio has crossed 41%.

Will the US government be able to pay off investors?

And that's why the yields on the US Treasuries has instantly spiked.

And that was a huge catastrophe for the entire bond market.

And that's why Clinton actually started running a federal surplus.

That was the first surplus that the US Government run in decades.

That's how the US Government began paying off its debts.

That was probably the last time the United States ever paid off even a huge or a small portion of its debt.

And now take these numbers and compare them to today, the debt to GDP ratio is 125% and the national or the federal deficit is more than 6%.

And that has been happening over the last couple of years.

And the reason the US government can't go back to a 3% deficit rate is because it is waging this conflict.

When you have a federal deficit of 3%, it's not actually a big deal because historically you can grow the GDP by 2 to 3%.

But the moment your deficit is more than 3%, suddenly your debt is growing way faster than the size of the economy.

And if you can do basic math, you can just figure out that this is the point historically where the US Government is going to get out of business.

And the US government is not running like a 6% or a 4% deficit rate, but

And if these wars are going to continue, especially this conflict, if it turns into another forever war, we can easily see this number to be at about 7 to 8% over the next five to seven years.

If that is such a huge problem, look at the US Government.

It is running the largest debt in history, and yet it is not declaring bankruptcy.

And that's because the nature of how US Government borrows money historically has changed.

Before, the US Government would borrow money from public.

The US Government would borrow money from other nations, from other banks, including American citizens, including American companies.

But that's no longer the case because everything has changed after the 2008 financial crisis.

And now the US government borrows money from the Federal Reserve.

If there is any kind of Instability in the bond market and investors are worried about the state of the US national debt.

The Federal Reserve instantly intervenes and they do something that they call quantitative easing.

Why would they call it quantitative easing?

It is literally the Federal Reserve printing money and buying the US national debt.

So if investors will start dumping the US Bonds in the market, guess what happens?

The Federal Reserve prints money and buys these bonds.

And because the Federal Reserve is fundamentally like a part of the US Government, it is never going to let the US Government go broke.

Because if the US Government goes broke, then the Federal Reserve instantly goes broke.

And one of the main jobs of the Federal Reserve is to ensure that there is stability in the US Economy, which is why the US Government is no longer worried.

You don't want to loan us money, you want to dump our debt.

Because the Fed is going to bail out the US Government by printing trillions of dollars.

Now, on one side, if we have such a great solution, why should we be worried?

Because based on this theory, then the government should never go out of business at all.

Because the government has the magic pen or the magic stick that it can literally just use and close down that debt.

If this was so easy, I wouldn't actually be making this video.

But the reality is that the value of the dollar is based on supply and demand.

Yes, you can literally just print money and pay off your debt, but

what happens to the value of the dollars every time you are printing money?

If you are printing more money than the speed at which the economy is growing, then the dollar starts losing its value.

When you go to the groceries and now you're completely complaining about the cost of living.

It is not because something bad happened to the economy.

You have to understand that nothing fundamentally bad happened to the economy.

What actually happened is that the government systematically devalued the value of the dollar to fund these wars, to fund these conflicts.

So because you are not investing and you're simply on your average wage or you are on a paycheck, the value of your dollars are getting deteriorated day by day, months by months, year by year.

So when you zoom out and the value of the dollar has deteriorated so much over the last 10 years.

That's why the cost of living has risen so much.

That is why life is much more difficult than it has ever been in the past.

While you're living your life as if nothing is happening and nobody's paying for these wars, guess what?

You have been paying the cost of these conflicts because the value of the dollar has been deteriorating.
