Here are five reasons why gold prices are about to cross $10,000 by the end of 2026.

Future simple

Last year I made a video that gold prices will be between 6 to $10,000 by the end of next year.

Past simple

At that moment, gold prices were below $4,000.

And it seems like my prediction is happening way faster than I thought.

And that's because Donald Trump decided to wage another war against Iran.

And this war is going to shoot gold prices to the roof if this war is going to last at least a few months.

But usually any war that the United States has taken usually lasts for years.

Now, JP Morgan expects gold prices to cross $6,500.

But I think that is an underestimation and it's going to be way worse than that.

So here are five reasons why gold prices will cross $10,000.

The first one is that most of the demand is paper demand, which means that people are not buying the real physical gold, which means that the demand is way faster than most people imagine.

And whenever there is a strong demand, prices instantly shoot.

When you are buying gold, it is very difficult to move that gold from one place into another.

So most of the gold traded in the market is not real, actual gold.

Because there is also a cost that comes alongside buying gold.

By the time that gold will reach the United States, it is going to take some time.

So most investors, even Wall street, what they do is that they start buying futures.

It is basically a contract that says that I will lock in the price of gold at five and a half thousand dollars in a month from now.

So if gold prices rise, let's say to $6,000, I have the right to buy gold at $5,500.

And to create that future contract, I don't even have to put all my money to do so.

All I have to do is to put a small margin of 10 to 10%.

And that leverage allows investors to buy a lot of gold without actually putting the money.

And that demand instantly pushes the price to increase.

So it basically turns into a self fulfilling prophecy.

And because there is an entire war going on and investors are worried, it keeps creating the demand.

Which is why you see right now that gold prices are rising.

So if this war is going to be dragged for at least the next few months, it can easily cross 6, 7 or $8,000 within the next couple of months or by the end of this year.

Now secondly, Iran close this trade of Hormuz, where 20% of the entire global supply of oil goes through.

And that means that instant there is a shortage of oil.

And that's just the beginning, or that is, I would say, the second part of the problem because there is a real shortage of oil in the market.

Back in 2022, the United States and EU have actually sanctioned Russia and the Russian oil is not flowing into the global markets.

And now another 20% decrease in the global oil supply means a catastrophe for the oil market.

Now it is not going to destroy the US Economy because the United States is the world's largest producer of oil.

But US Oil companies are a fundamental part of the global oil market.

So if the global oil prices rise, they will also rise in the United States.

So it doesn't actually mean that the United States will be left without oil.

It just means that oil prices will rise substantially.

And that means that there is going to be a lot of inflation.

Whenever there is inflation and prices rise, the dollar loses its value, which means that gold prices have to adjust and gold prices are going to rise.

The third reason is the war with Iran is putting an end to the old world order and is creating a completely new world order.

The previous world order was internationally rules based order.

And these rules were enforced by the United States since 1945.

But in January of this year, the United States has actually captured the President of Venezuela, violating all the rules of international law.

And now the United States has assassinated the leader of Iran or alongside with Israel they did that, which is again violating international law.

Now at first glance it doesn't actually seem a big deal, but

it creates a completely new world order that says that the strongest is going to take it all.

And global investors or global countries have been investing in the United States trillions of dollars.

As of the time I'm recording this video, about $10 trillion of U.S.

treasuries and the U.S. debt is being held by global investors.

And almost a third of the entire stock market is also held by global investors.

And all these nations invest in the United States because they trust the world order where the United States reinforces the international law.

But now the United States is sending a message.

All these laws that we have created since 1945 never work again.

Now if you are in China, or if you are in India, or if you are in any other country and you see the United States violating all this international law, the question comes back to you.

Do you trust your trillions of dollars in the United States?

So all those US Treasuries will be sold and instead investors will be buying gold because they need a safe haven asset because they don't know how the New World Order is going to look like.

So if you want to back up currency, better get as much gold as you possibly can.

And if you don't believe me, just look at how much U.S. treasuries has China been selling.

About 15 years ago, China used to have about $1.3 trillion of U.S. treasuries.

And with this message, that is going to accelerate.

And that means that more demand for gold, which means that gold prices are going to rise.

So the demand for gold is not going to come from some kind of naive investors that are buying Bitcoin, for example, but

rather the demand for gold is coming from central banks.

These are not just professional investors, but rather these people use taxpayers money to buy gold.

That huge demand instantly drives the price of gold even higher.

Fourthly, the war with Iran is disrupting the global supply chains.

After 1944, because of that world order, companies focus on maximizing efficiency.

So if you can produce something in another country for a lower price, go and do that because you will lower down the prices and you are going to win the competition in the market.

But now the New World Order says that you better manufacture that in your home country because there are no more international rules.

These rules were enforced by the United States.

And now the United States is the country that are breaking them.

And a very great sign of that is that if you look at all the wars previously that the United States has launched, this is not the first war.

It wasn't just forced by the United States, but

rather all US Allies would come behind the United States, because the United States was doing that in the name of democracy and preserving the global world order.

But this war left the United States allies on the side.

And the United States is acting on its own, violating the international law.

When the new standard is manufacture at home instead of offshoring to other nations where it's much more efficiently to produce that, what does that mean for the final cost?

It is going to raise prices all across the globe.

The global supply chains were protected primarily by the United States.

But now the United States does not seize a good reason to protect them anymore.

Because the first objective of Donald Trump is to bring manufacturing back to the United States.

And if you do that and you start not maximizing for efficiency, but

rather bring that because you want to continue being in business, that means higher prices.

Higher prices means the dollar loses its value, which means that gold prices have to adjust, which means that gold prices are going to continue rising.

And finally, it is creating a nightmare for the Federal Reserve.

The main objective of the Federal Reserve is to protect the value of the dollar and ensure that inflation does not get higher than 2%.

Because at that rate of inflation, the US economy can function sustainably over the long run.

But stop for a moment and think what a situation that creates for the United States.

The Federal Reserve wants to lower down interest rates because the US Economy is slowing down right now and there is a huge possibility of a recession.

But how are you going to lower interest rates when inflation is rising?

Due to two main reasons, higher oil prices and a disruption of global supply chains.

So if you are the Federal Reserve, you don't know what to do at this point.

If you raise interest rates right now to combat that inflation, it is going to put a pressure on the US government.

Because the US national debt is about to cross $40 trillion, which means that the United States will pay even more in interest payments.

And because the US Government is not making nearly enough for from taxpayers money, it will be forced to even borrow more money to ensure that it does not goes bankrupt.
