Her name is Juju Dopix, and she is getting her face fixed.

Juliana Oliveira, also now widely known as Juju Dopix, is a transgender Brazilian social media influencer who gained attention for story regarding a botched cosmetic procedure back in 2017 and with her ongoing journey with facial reconstruction.

Now, she initially wanted to get small enhancements to feel more confident and more feminine.

And that's where her story takes a very dark turn.

In 2017, Juju went to an unlicensed provider, someone who was absolutely not medically trained, not certified, and

an actual unlicensed provider, meaning that some dude was basically injecting her in a hotel room or in a basement somewhere.

Now, instead of using, say, fillers like Restylane or Juvederm, this horrible person injected jujudo pics with 21 syringes of substances that should have never been injected into a human face.

Well, initially it was reported that she had industrial strength silicone injected into her face, but

it turns out it was actually something much worse.

She didn't have silicone injected into her face.

She had mineral oil and laxatives injected into her face.

Now, let me explain exactly why this is so catastrophic.

Now, mineral oil is not absorbed by the body.

The immune system recognizes it as a foreign invader, so it does what it can to basically isolate it or separate it out by creating a scar tissue wall all around it.

So performing surgery to remove this much foreign body From Juju's face is extremely risky.

And even if you were to remove it, her face is so distorted that there is no way you can make it look like it used to.

And I think that's a big reason why she lived with this damage for 8 years before finally finding a team that is willing to help reconstruct and repair her face.

In late 2025, a surgical team in Sao Paulo took on her case.

And as expected, this was not a simple operation.

This was a multidisciplinary reconstructive procedure.

First, they had to open up the affected facial regions very, very carefully because all of those normal tissue planes were completely scarred together.

Next, they had to excise the damaged oil impregnated tissue.

Now, this is extremely difficult because the oil and laxatives were injected and haphazardly in small amounts all throughout her face, and

Well, here she is right after the surgery, and

you can see that her plastic surgeon made incisions into her nasolabial folds right below her cheeks and underneath her neck.

Now, I believe these incisions were used to elevate the skin and remove some of the masses below.

As you can see, her eyes remained basically unchanged.

And here she is approximately 10 days after surgery.
