There are only two things I love in this.

To-infinitive

So when we saw the Kickstarter for the portable keyboard monitor, we had to get it.

I don't know if it's classic, but you know what you can do on it?

All of it in this one package that only cost us, I think, around $250, which seems reasonable.

However, if you're buying this now, it's a lot more than that.

I'll get to the price later, but it's a lot more.

Although they're using this foam that I'm not crazy about.

And the nice thing is if you're on Mac, you don't require a driver.

If you're on desktop, you have to get the DisplayLink driver.

They've also included a USB C to C cable.

No idea what the rating is on it because it's not printed on here.

You guys bought them all, so I don't have any.

Let's take this thing out of the packaging.

It's pretty hefty, but it also is very slim and.

Is there a little screen protector on here that I can peel off?

I'm kind of amazed that it just, like, unfolds.

Like, if you could put a battery maybe in this top half here or like, maybe extend it just a little bit, it's gonna be a pretty sweet little laptop.

I don't understand why more people don't do this.

All right, let's weigh this bad boy 2.5 pounds.

There's a couple of feet on the back here.

You know, since it doesn't have some in the front, it's probably gonna move around on you a little bit.

I do worry that without those extra feet, it might move around a little bit.

I would like some just on the front here as well.

Or maybe do a full bar across the back instead of just these two little guys here.

As for screws though, you know, they're all visible, but

they're all sunk nice and deep so they're not going to jut out anywhere.

There's no major cracks or anything else.

One thing that I'm kind of concerned about is we've got two USB ports here.

I'm guessing for data for the screen or something.

I kind of wish the screen was like its own separate entity that you could then fully detach and put it somewhere else and you just get the two of them as a package and you can attach it on the hinge if you want to.

But I don't think that's the case so far.

Just from handling it a bit, my fingerprints are not really being left here, which is great.

I got some greasy mitts and yeah, they're really not doing anything like this.

Looks pretty clean still, no matter what way you shine the light on, it's not perfect.

It is smudging up but like that's a worst case scenario with the light on it like that.

I'm looking at the top down right now and yeah, like that looks okay.

I think it would look cooler personally if it was all just like, you know, two pieces and that's it.

But right now it looks like kind of three pieces.

One thing I also like is that it's got some nice little feet here on the bottom to make sure that you're not going to crush your screen into anything.

The switches are just pretty typical scissor switches.

Honestly, I like little Chiclet style keyboards.

I will say, like we'll do the typing test in a bit, but

I've got a feeling I'm gonna make a bunch of mistakes because yeah, it does feel a little cramped.

So going from here to here is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 centimeters.

And then if we check our Logitech keyboard, 1, 2, 3, 4,.

it is a little smaller and so that might be a bit more cramped for your fingies as you're trying to type hastily.
