I'm in Lahore, Pakistan, a city of extreme food lovers where everyone's thinking about their next meal and the flavors will hit you with the same intensity as the streets.

I have 24 hours to eat as much as possible.

From fiery Karahis to legendary street food.

We're going to try some of the tastiest Pakistani food.

They say if you haven't seen Lahore, you haven't been born yet.

In the heart of the Punjab province of Pakistan.

This city is a living tapestry of history and culture.

For centuries, it's been a crossroads of empires.

Their legacies at into breathtaking mosques, labyrinthine bazaars and streets that have an unrelenting energy, all powered by Lahore's greatest passion in life.

every meal will throw you headfirst into a delicious storm of spice and heat.

My excitement to eat is at an all time high.

It's 4:30am the streets are already getting busy and I'm on my way to eat a favorite Lahori breakfast.

Opened in 1962, Hanifa Siripai has been operating for three generations, serving just one thing.

Few places on earth can match the action and energy this early in the morning.

People are passionately coming here to eat.

The goat feet are slow, simmered in ginger and garlic paste, chili powder, cumin, turmeric and yogurt.

The collagen and fat melt to create the rich sauce.

Got a special type of bread also which they're making fresh.

When they make that bread, they're just patting them out, slapping them into the tandoor.

This one is called kulcha and it's thick, it's durable, it's covered with a layer of sesame seeds.

We hand out a little bit of the mix of masala, sprinkle on a little bit.

And what I see people do is they kind of mix it around and you can get a little bit of that jelly.

You feel it just melting, collapsing in your fingers.

Scoop it into the soup, hydrate, saturate it.

This is the reason why everyone is willing to wake up so early in the morning for a celebration of a breakfast in Lahore.

Next up, I'm heading into the narrow streets of old Lahore to meet up with a friend who's gonna take me to eat some legendary Lahori street food.

Today we're going to be trying the fruit chart of this place.

There's about a thousand things happening all at once.

I wouldn't want to miss it for anything, man.

This time, bananas and apples sprinkled with a blend of masala, apricot sauce, candied jellies, more masala and more apricot sauce.

The sweet and sour flavor of the apricot sauce.

Then you taste all that masala, the spices and the heat of the chili all together, all wrapped up with that sweet banana and the crunch of the apple.

This will keep you going on the busy streets of old Lahore.

You gotta dodge some obstacles along the way.
