My goal is to remain as true to the movie as possible.

I'm the world's okayest mom, and something my family loves to do is dinner in a movie.

As in we sit at the table and eat dinner while watching a movie.

And because I have no chill, I've decided that for an entire week, I'm going to make food foods from the movie as we eat dinner.

I've made a lot of movie foods for my kids, but never this many at once.

Let's ask them what they want and see what they come up with.

So for a whole week, I'm gonna make one food a day from a movie or show of your choice.

So, guys, I would love for you to come up with some ideas of food you've wanted to try from movies.

One dish from one movie each day of the week.

I can't believe I still have to give this disclaimer to my kids.

But if they ask for something inedible, I can take some liberties trying to turn that into food.

They had no trouble picking exactly what they wanted.

I saw day one's food coming from a mile away.

Of course they're going to want the spaghetti.

So if you haven't seen Elf, the spaghetti is basically plain spaghetti, noodles, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, M&MS.

What sauce am I supposed to put on this chocolate syrup?

My goal is to remain as true to the movie as possible, so I'm not making Any changes, Even though I think maybe some ingredients could have been omitted, particularly the pop tarts.

This w Leni is a little kitchen counter scavenger.

Like, when she sees the ingredients come out on the kitchen counter, she's like, oh, let me push up a chair.

She just loves to help me cook, but especially when it's something sweet.

Everyone was very excited, and I will say everyone's been brushing their teeth very well.

So I was happy to make the elf spaghetti.

I think more than anything, they loved the toppings.

They didn't care that much about the spaghetti because honestly, spaghetti mixed in maple syrup and chocolate syrup, it's weird.

I don't think this will be our new kind of spaghetti that we make anytime soon.

I think we're pretty dedicated to spaghetti tacos.
