JC is the founder of Fitter, the largest online fitness community in India.

He built a whole company around fitness, and for six months, he's helping me become fit.

And we are only one month into our six month challenge.

The biggest thing I learned in the last month is that I was eating wrong my whole life.

See, in life, we count everything that we touch.

We count our blood pressure, we count our money, we count our followers.

But the one thing we do not count is our food.

But when I started counting, I realized that I eat too much and you eat too much.

When we add sauce to our salad, that sauce is basically oil that your body does not need.

So every day, I just started to count my food and log it in my Fitter app.

Every day, I knew how much was going inside my body and I stopped at 1800 calories per day.

Then I started to eat the right things instead of pizza, yogurt instead of pasta, vegetables instead of cake, watermelon.

And that simple change in my Diet lost me 3% body fat and made me feel so much better.

And it's all about the right amount of calories and right amount of protein.

So if we count our money and we count our followers, then maybe it's time to count our food.
