I've been working out for two months now and I lost 6% of body fat.

I went from this to this without going to the gym.

Today I'm going to share with you my workout exercise from the mountains of Mongolia.

I started a six month workout challenge challenge with my friend jc.

He is the founder of fitr, the largest online fitness community in India.

This is exactly the workout I do every single day.

I know a lot of you are interested in getting fit, so I decided to start a free fitness community just because you asked for it.

Working out should not be complicated and does not need a gym.

It all starts with a one minute warm up and stretch.

Then we do the hardest thing first, 10 fast sprints of 100 meters each.

Sprints are designed to get your heart rate up.

We do 50 push ups for your chest and your arms.

And 25 weights presses for your shoulders.

it's actually very hard and it works out all the muscles in your body.

Then we end without 200 Russian twists and 100 leg raises.

This workout is so safe it's hard to get injured.

And this workout has helped improve my heart rate, decrease my body fat and increase my VO2 max.

The elevation here is 1500 meters, so there's not enough oxygen in the air.

But it feels so much better than being inside a gym.

It's just you, nature and your body weight.

The goal is to get fit without needing a gym.

So you can exercise anywhere in the world.

Everybody has a different body and my workout may not work out for you.

You have to decide what works for you and seek professional advice.

Most of us think we need a gym to get fit, but we really don't.

The consistency to do 150 push up, 200 Russian twists every single day.

Just like with anything in life, success is all about doing the same thing every single day.
