So I work for a UK company remotely, so I work within tech consulting.

I moved here during COVID and I was living in England at the time and I just didn't really want to be in England.

So I ended up figuring out where I wanted to go and I came here and then I never left.

I think that's how many people they come here for a couple months and then they never leave.

My favorite place is probably Kadungu, which is where I live.

So it's like just a village that way, like further up the coast.

And then I just come into Changu to experience the madness and then get to leave and it's very peaceful.

I mean, that's the thing about living in Bali.

Like, these things are so much more accessible, you know, because it's like cheaper to do these kind of things here, whereas in London that would cost like a lot of money.

Have you faced any culture shock in Bali?

You know, there are some things that it's just very different.

But I mean, after a while you get used to it.

I mean, the biggest thing is actually what people carry on bikes.

You know when you see like a whole family on a moped and you're just like, whoa, that's crazy.

Well, actually, that's the thing where I live, I never have it, so it's good.

So I'm just going for a beach walk to get my steps in and then going to parties and then I'll start work around 4pm Actually, you're a bit healthy.

And then I also just get in lots of steps.

Like now Canggu, I think, then Ubud and then like Ulu Baju.

Like Canggu here it's very, very, like, I think noisy and a lot of.

A lot of younger people, I think, like Thailand, where I've been like, like a few weeks ago, there were not like many young people like here.

I think a lot of like solo backpackers and something like.

Like me, especially in Changu, there are many young people.

And in Seminyak and in Kuta there are many older people, actually.

Because, like, I like, seen it on social media, Tik Tok and everything.
