Every year we'll buy a cow in Nebraska City from some rancher and we just have steaks for the entire.

We got like a three week course, so that's what we're doing.

Yeah, just trying to, you know, make an experience of this.

We haven't gone abroad at all or anywhere that outside of the US like this.

So what have you guys seen in Taiwan that is absolutely shocking to you?

Yeah, public transport Back in the States.

I mean you'd see a lot of, a lot of noise, a lot of conversation.

And here I hop on a bus and I'm being too loud.

What do you guys eat as a normal like Friday night going out to dinner type of meal?

So if there's a special on wings, then it's definitely wings.

So what are you guys spending on a normal Friday night out?

That's like the greatest budget thing in the states.

You don't have maybe 15, but usually 20, 25.

So we are going to show you a Taiwanese steakhouse first.

Taiwanese steak has two very different variations.

There's one that's like super high class where you get this teeny tiny little meat, but

But there's also a side of Taiwan that has really interesting down to earth meals based on a piece of steak.

You gotta take a simple American classic and show you guys how we do it here in Taiwan.

Okay, so we are just in our seats and before we get into anything else that's inside, we're just gonna look at the menu real quick.

So what are you guys thinking when you see this menu?

But steaks are like, these steaks to get, right?

When I was a kid, there would be people that come and knock on the door and bring a little cooler, and

they're like, do you want to buy some Omaha Steaks?

So they've lost their brand a little bit.

they have all the meat there, so we get most of our stuff for.

They would raise steer and then butcher it themselves.

And then they'd have like a whole cow in the freezer.

Yeah, well, in Taiwan, we definitely do not have an entire cow in our freezers.

We come to the place called my home steak.

And I mean, honestly, it's not that expensive.
