You know how much we love your entire family.

I'm a huge fan of every Hudson, every Horn, every Russell.

But I want to talk to you about Goldie, who we love at this show.

And here she is, brilliantly on the COVID of Variety last month.

She must have been the coolest mom imaginable on planet Earth.

Kate, was there ever a point where you were embarrassed by Gold?

And so there was moments where it was, like, really exciting, and

then there's moments where it was, like, too much.

That's like, a famous story in our family that was, like, as embarrassing as it gets.

Well, first of all, you can't talk to anybody.

The other setup with this is we never really wanted to know that Goldie Hawn was our mother.

We were just like every other day, like a normal camper.

And lo and behold, we used to do these assemblies on this big grass that kind of led down to this beautiful lake and amazing, amazing camp called Four Winds Westward Ho in Seattle.

there was a big deck and a dock, and, you know, there was a boat.

And we'd assemble there, like, in the afternoon, and people would talk, we'd sing songs.

And all of a sudden, one day, we just hear this big seaplane goes.

And there's a seaplane, like, circling the camp, like, almost waving.

And everyone's like, God, this really aggressive seaplane, and it's just circling and circling and it lands.

And, you know, seaplanes are loud and so, like, we can't do anything in the assembly anymore.

And then it's coming up, and I was like, wow, who's this on the seaplane?

And Ollie and I were like, oh, we had no idea.

She runs up with her blonde hair bouncing everywhere.

Like, one foot comes out of the seaplane, and she's waving like, hi.

And I remember looking at Oliver, like I said, it's.

Like, you know, I was a little bit more okay with it.

Oliver was like, this is the worst day of my life.

Kate was better with mom being who she was than I was.

Oliver, I want to talk to you about this.

A number of unsanctioned house parties that you two would throw when you were growing up.

Well, they sort of ranged from high school.

Even when we weren't living in the house, we still threw parties.

You'd find out that they were going away?

When they would go away, we definitely threw parties, but

we'd always get in arguments because Kate wanted to sort of bring in more the.

The posh crowd, and I was the one who was like, no, we.

Well, they were like, a little more elevated than the people in our parents house.

To bring in, you know, But I think a party, you need a mix of both.

We did have really epic parties that ended up with everyone having just an absolutely fantastic time.

But I was always the sort of the person who was like.
