that's saying he's broke and he can't invest in himself, that same guy is at the football stadium drinking beer, eating nachos, and

Do you want to keep getting the same results you've been getting for the last 20, 30 years?

Do you want to keep complaining and blaming everyone else around you for your issues?

Do you want to blame, you know, your wife because your relationship's not working?

Maybe you need to look in the mirror at what you're doing.

You're busy and not taking care of your body.

Have desire, a burning desire to be better.

Find someone doing whatever it is you're wanting to do and go ask questions and get around them.

And you work on a skill set that aligns you to go to that you will get anything you want.

And you don't need money and you don't need education.

One I love helping people cut out time to where they're gonna spend trying to figure it out.

When you can just ask someone that's already done it.

Like, there's too many people out here trying to figure out the formula when someone's already got the formula.

It's easier to be to think big than it is to think small.

When you're doing small things, that means you're dealing with small companies.

A lot more work, a lot more effort, a lot more stress.

If we're talking about business, it's not going to 10x or 100x your business.

So we're so clear on now what we're trying to do.

We can't waste our time on anything else.

I can't be wasting my time doing stuff that doesn't make zero sense to me.

I can't do that because every time I do that, I'm taking away from the future of the company and everybody else involved in it.

If I working on things that someone else should be doing, we're not going to grow at the pace we should.

And that's with any business owner, with any CEO or any high executive role.

It's like your time's got to be spent on needle moving.

Activities, not things that someone else can be doing.

Otherwise, you're just, you're literally like just sacrificing the company's growth, the team as well.

I could relate that to personal development though.

If you're in 2026 and you're trying to move forward and let's just use financial.

For example, what skill set do you need to enhance or learn in order to improve your financial situation in 2026?

And most people don't think about that really.

They just, they're just doing more of what they've been doing in 2025.

And so really thinking about if you're working for a company, what can you do to bring so much value to them?

What skill set can you enhance in order to bring more value to the company that then turns into more money for you from a financial standpoint.

So you don't have to be a business owner, but

everyone should be upgrading their skill, their skill set at all times.

And once you stop doing that, you stop growing.

You'll be tapped out based on the capacity that you have, which is a reflection of how much self development that you do.

You said, how do I relate to the business and the small.

It's no different than your personalized.

Like we tell people all the time is most people are thinking way too small, Way too small.

They don't realize how much ability they actually have.

If we could all just think much, double, triple, quadruple, whatever you're thinking that you want in your life and figure out how to do that, that forces you to become someone different.

If you're doing something so big that you've never done before, it forces you to do things that you've never done.

But if I say, hey, you can just get a little bit better at what you're at this year, that doesn't force you to make big changes.

You do, you know, you work a little bit longer and you can move the needle a little bit financially, right?

But if I say you want to triple your income, well, then you're going to have to do something massively different than what you're doing today, which requires you to make different decisions and different actions.

So when people think small, that's what I'm saying, like you're keeping yourself in the rabbit on the hamster wheel, basically.

I just like to think of, how do I double or triple everything that I'm doing.

It forces me to make different decisions.

Because most people don't realize, like, they, well, how do you double your income?

You just haven't thought about how to do it yet, and

you haven't attacked it, which is why you.

It's all in because you think so small, you'll never get it right.

Because if you can't see it in your mind, you'll never get it in your hand.

So if someone wants to go from 500,000 to a million bucks, well, if you don't think and believe in yourself that you can make a million bucks, well, you're not going to get it.

If you see it and you believe you can do it and you have the skill set in order to get it, then it's just to figure it out, the action that you need to take to do it, and

then it's just a matter of time for it's yours.

See, but most people don't even think that's possible for them.

And most people are capable of way more than what we're doing because they just don't think right.

Because they've been doing it for 10 years, they're like, well, man, I never can make that.

But if you got big dreams and big desires, you need to think way bigger than what you're doing and know that anything's possible.

Anything's possible if you can see it in your mind based on what you're talking about, about that big shift, like, maybe let's just go, you just turned 35 or something like that.

Yeah, well, everything that I've ever saw, first of all, I had a desire, you know, so we'll just use fitness as an example.

When I wasn't always in shape and 34, 35, whatever it was, I started to understand what I was doing to actually transfer my body.

I had the desire, that obsession, like a real one obsession.

And I also had a visual of what I wanted to look like.

And I found someone that looked like that.

And I reached out to this person and I got them to basically show me their play.

And I became friends with this person because I invested in myself to fly, to see this guy, or actually I would fly him in town to stay at my house so that he could teach me about Training and nutrition.

Because I didn't know anything until I met this one guy that knew more than anyone I've ever been around, even to this day.

And he looked the way that I wanted to look.

And so like, that's why I say, well, find what you want, figure out how to get close to it and get the information and go implement it.
