And if you've seen my videos before, you know I love to make international foods for my kids because I think that's a great entry into appreciating other cultures and just being a more well rounded person.

So for an entire week, I'm going to be making a whole day of food from a different country each day.

The only rule about this challenge in my house is my kids don't have to like the food, but

they do have to be respectful in the way they communicate that they don't like it and they have to at least smell it.

If they really don't want to taste it, they can smell it.

And in my opinion, that in itself is an int into that food.

And I'm gonna keep trying and maybe next time they'll be a little more receptive.

I got a globe and I thought it would be so fun to let the kids spin the globe and land on a country.

Didn't really quite think that most of the globe is water, so we picked sea some countries from the globe.

We picked some because my kids just really wanted to try that country's food.

And then I got some submissions from my followers on Instagram.

I don't know where this came from, but he was hyper fixated on Italy.

We're going to an Italian deli to pick up breakfast and whatever else we're going to can find.

I haven't been in these videos in so many years.

So I decided to find an Italian market, go there, get Some guidance and see what they had and get inspired in the store.

I'm in this Italian deli like a deer in headlights.

It's just so much delicious food as far as the eye can see.

They have a whole menu of such delicious food.

I was like, why am I even trying to cook?

honestly, they have so much delicious stuff that I grabbed quite a bit.

So I whipped up some cappuccinos and I got some delicious Italian cookies from the deli.
