I'm the founder of Fit Body by Ashley and Los Angeles Powers.

My business, Fit Body by Ashley is run entirely online.

I host virtual classes inside of my membership club and then I create on demand content for my members as well.

Winning the Lenovo Evolve small mentorship contest has been amazing.

The Lenovo tech is definitely going to contribute to the virtual aspect of my work because we needed better quality tech for our on demand content as well as for our livestream content.

For helping me to optimize my business systems, for helping me to have better quality technology that I can use while I'm on the go and to also support my team as well so so that they can stay connected and improve our overall workstations.

Fit Body by Ashley is definitely a great option if you are on the go.

What makes running FitBody by Ashley in LA unique is definitely the scenery.

I love filming at different locations, outside, beach scene, scenic high rises.

I just feel like there's just a lot of color.

It's a lot of creativity, especially for the background.

When you step into my class, whether that's virtual, on demand, whatever, you will definitely feel the spirit and energy of la.

Dance seems to be one of the most just incredible ways to move your body.

I'm also sweating, burning calories and just doing something for myself.

So I think like dance really helps you to elevate your overall spirit, your mood and it's a great way for you to get some exercise.

My favorite part about the virtual model is that I'm able to reach more people globally.

If I was teaching a local class here in Los Angeles and I'm only able to work with those who are here in California.

Whereas now I'm able to reach a lot more people and expand.

I also love that, you know, I'm able to do a lot of different types of content, work with other creators and I can kind of travel and move around a little bit more as well just to reach more people.

And overall I just really love the community aspect of it.

I've been taking classes with FitBody by Ashley for three years.

The virtual classes are very interactive.

I enjoy the fact that Ashley uses the city of LA for some of her backdrops in her videos before I moved to la, it made me feel like I was kind of in la.

I do feel a sense of belonging in this program, mostly because a lot of fitness programs you see is all the same body type.

I feel like her classes are inclusive, body inclusive, and it appeals to every audience.

I'm Trina and I've been following Ashley's classes probably for a little over six years.

What I love most about Ashley's energy is that, honestly, it explains it is so high and so genuine and so compassionate and she cares about you.

I've been with her for a long time and I've enjoyed every single class.

She pushes you, but in such a good way that it makes you feel so proud.

Once that workout is over, I hope Fitbody by Ashley inspires people to become more of their best selves.

I really hope that my company encourages other people, specifically women, to take better care of themselves, to love on yourself, to dance, to have fun, to laugh and just enjoy as much of this life as we possibly can.
