I'm Tiffany and I'm going to show you how to have the best time on the beautiful island of Jeju Do, South Korea.

Adverbs of manner

It only takes an hour to drive from one side of the island to the other, so we'll explore it all.

We'll see divers and beaches in the east, forests and Halasan in the center of the island, and

They maintain the ancient art of free diving to harvest seafood from the ocean.

They can even hold their breath for two minutes.

Over 90% of the women are over the age of 50.

On their dives, they collect abalone, sea urchin, even octopuses.

They've really been the breadwinners for their families for generations.

Nearby is Kinyang beach, which is known for its white sand and emerald waters.

Jeju, of course, is famous for its beaches.

Koreans will come down and honeymoon here because it's known as the Hawaii of Korea for its speeches, its volcanic landscaping and its waterfalls.

We've got some outdoor adventures lined up, so I'm going to fuel up at one of my favorite seafood restaurants, Hae Woljeong.

We're going to have some abalone and sea urchin dishes which are famous on Jeju.

Let's head about 40 minutes towards Halasan, which looms over central Jeju in its shadow.

Today, we're going to do a little bit of forest bathing and enjoy the pine trees.

Now let's head to Halasan national park, home to South Korea's highest peak.

I've actually never climbed to the Tapa Hallasan because it's a really ambitious hike.

But people come in all different seasons.

In the winter, you can see some beautiful snowy views.

And in the summer, the forest is really cool and breezy and wonderful.

After climbing some or all of Halasan, you'll want to take it easy for a bit.

We're now on the western side of the island, enjoying the serene Sanbangsan Mountain.

The Bomunsa Temple here is a perfect place to relax.

Legend has it the spring water around this temple, if you come and drink it with a sincere heart, you will have a long life and many blessings, which is a great reason to come.
