She's Japanese, from the countryside and just moved to Tokyo last year to expand her business.

Until about two weeks ago when she was hospitalized and things are getting worse.

I don't know since when, but I thought it was just like asthma.

But look, I actually did a test yesterday, and the doctor said it's not like, only asthma.

I do have, like, a slight asthma, but that's not really an issue.

So you had mentioned to me that there's actually a completely separate illness that you have that's impacting your muscles and everything.

It's called mg And I have no idea what's that stand for.

I have no idea how to even pronounce that, but

it's an autoimmune neuromuscular disease causing fluctuating weakness, involuntary muscles.

You've been actually wondering about your eye for a while.

So usually people start with, like, eyelid coming down or some people I didn't know.

So for me, I can't open, like, all the way, but

some people cannot close all the way down, which is more like severe because then you get like, dry eye.

So I can close them fine, but then I cannot, like, usually, like, during.

I don't know, towards the evening, like, my eyelid is like, maybe half open.

But then it's connected to, like, pretty much the entire body.

So the only muscles that won't affect is your heart because you don't.

You don't have control over the heart muscle.

So you won't have any, like, heart attack or anything like that because of this, but anything else.

So that's why you've been getting so tired.

And then what happened while you were in the hospital?

So when I came to the hospital, I just didn't have that, like, symptoms at all.

Of course, like, I had asthma attack and everything like that.

So, like, I wasn't in, like, great condition.

But then I think it was like, third day since I came to the hospital.

Like, suddenly, like, my feet start, like, how can I say, like, getting so heavy I can lift them up.

So, like, I know, like, even to just go to the bathroom, like, maybe going to the bathroom is fine, but, like.
