And this is Wiggle to Wind down, where we wiggle and scratch and take cozy, deep breaths.

Tonight's story is how baby dinosaur made the perfect lullaby.

It's all about a dinosaur named Baby Dinosaur.

And she wants to create the perfect lullaby for her teddy bear.

Before I start reading, do you want to hear the really cool way we get ready for a story?

Here we do three steps to help our minds and bodies get ready to listen.

Number one, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle and move our bodies.

Number two, we stretch our bodies really big.

And number three, we get comfy, cozy, and take deep breaths.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, stretch, cozy, deep breaths and.

Each time we complete a step, we get a special sleepy star.

When we hear this sound, it means we got a sleepy star.

And when we get three sleepy stars, it's time for me to read tonight's story.

So, are you ready to get our first sleepy star by wiggling and moving our bodies?

Let's start by finding a comfy spot on the floor.

Tonight's story is about a baby dinosaur.

We're going to pretend to be baby dinosaurs.

Can I hear your quiet, teeny baby dinosaur roar?

Now let's move our bodies like dinosaurs.

Let's pretend we are a dinosaur with short little arms and big, stompy legs.

I love that idea, J.J. let's do big, slow dinosaur stomps with our big dinosaur legs.

Feel your foot getting big and heavy, and stomp it down into the squishy mud.

It's time for a baby Dinosaur Wiggle party.

We get to wiggle and dance like baby dinosaurs until you hear me say stop.

Let's take a big happy dinosaur breath in.

My body's getting all of its wiggles out.

We're so close to earning our Sleepy Star.

But there's one more thing we need to do.

We need to clap for ourselves for doing such a great job.

My little dinosaur arms are clapping so quietly.

That sound means we got our first Sleepy Star.

We wiggled our bodies and we got our first Sleepy Star to show.
