So we're in Setagaya right now, so it's kind of like a quiet part on the western side of Tokyo.

I am not a city person, so I'm a little apprehensive about moving to Tokyo because I love the countryside.

But I think you'll get a good balance over here because, yeah, it's the right amount of greenery, not too many people.

But sorry, but so far it looks pretty, pretty residential, pretty chill.

You know, you're still within maybe, I don't know, 15, 20 minute train ride to, like, the major parts of Tokyo.

I have a feeling this is way over budget.
