  • JUSTIN VAN ZANDT: My name is Justin from the YMCA on behalf of Expert Village. In this

  • clip, I'm going to show you how to frontside 180. And you want to set your feet up, your

  • front foot up maybe like an ollie but a little bit more on the board, so that your foot can

  • catch more of the board and allows you to turn. And your back foot is going to be just

  • like an ollie but maybe a little bit more towards your heel side of the board. After

  • you have your feet set up, you want to set to wind your shoulders up. Let's say, you

  • can get ready to pop, you wind them up and when you're going to pop, you want to open

  • your shoulders up, so out there you frontside into 180. When you pop, you going to pop like

  • an ollie and throwing your shoulders is going to start to turn you 180 after you curl your

  • foot. And popping with your foot on the left side of the tail is going to already start

  • you in your 180 and if your shoulders are going to bring you about halfway, and you're

  • going to spot your landing and start to turn in the last 90 degrees and land, fakie, backwards

  • and on your bolts, and just be balanced.
