It seems like, when we get motivated, we need to tell everyone our plans.

Have you ever stopped to think whether attraction is something exclusive to humans, or if it also affects animals?

Look at these two images of cats, and choose the one that seems more attractive to you, or that you intuitively prefer.

If we did the same with tigers, you'd likely choose the one on the left, too.

This type of choice isn't something we can consciously control, and there's a reason behind it.

This exercise is based on a 2008 study conducted by experts in facial morphology, which showed that both adults and children have the ability to unconsciously choose the more attractive animals.

Because our biology has evolved to identify characteristics that suggest health and vitality.

Choosing a healthy, strong, and reproductively capable partner is a primary instinct.

The curious thing is that this same instinct doesn't just influence how we perceive people, but also animals.

So, no, you're not alone if you find certain animals more attractive.

In fact, it's part of our genetic programming.

And the most interesting thing is that research shows that more attractive pets are more likely to be adopted.

A 1992 study revealed that the color of puppies' fur significantly influenced adopters' decisions.

This type of appearance-based selection isn't limited to humans.

If you think about it, when we see a puppy with a cute, friendly face, we're much more likely to decide to take it home, right?

It's something in our system to help us make quick choices based on what we perceive as the best.

Additionally, in biology, there's the concept of charismatic fauna, which explains how animals with a more attractive appearance, like pandas, tigers, or dolphins, tend to receive more attention and funding for their conservation.

These animals get support from many people simply because of how they look, and this has a real impact.

More funding, more conservation projects, more visibility.

In contrast, less appreciated species like mosquitoes or certain insects go unnoticed, even though they may have an equally or even more important ecological role.

This shows that on a biological level, we tend to value what we find visually pleasing, and that perception has consequences.

It's incredible how aesthetics, the way something or someone looks, isn't just about superficial tastes, but is connected to our survival and decisions, going beyond what we usually think.

Did you know that cutting out sugar can transform your body in an incredible way?

Imagine someone who makes this change and goes from looking like this to looking like that.

Most people start their day with coffee or milk or even juice, and add at least two tablespoons of sugar, then another two at lunch, a couple more, and have another drink.

And if you're out on the street after a tough day, the usual soda.

Just one 500 milliliter bottle of soda contains 53 grams of sugar.

Every 100 milliliters has 10.6 grams, so multiply that by 5, and there's the amount of sugar you consume just from that drink.

And when you get to dinner, who doesn't have their cup of coffee and milk with another two tablespoons of sugar?

If you add it all up, you've consumed 229 grams of sugar, which equals 916 extra calories.

Imagine what would happen if you decide to eliminate that sugar.

What if instead of sugar, you use stevia to sweeten certain drinks?

And what if instead of a regular soda, you have a zero calorie one every once in a while?

Of course, the best option would be to simply drink water.

And if you don't like its taste, add a bit of lemon juice.

With these simple adjustments, you'd be creating a deficit of 916 calories a day.

And to lose one kilogram of fat, you need a deficit of 7,700 calories.

So with this small change, you could lose a kilo of fat every eight days, which shows that losing fat doesn't have to be so complicated.

You just need to make small but effective adjustments.

If you notice your lips are dry all the time, besides looking bad, they can start to hurt.

The first thing most people do is apply moisturizers, but that only masks the problem without solving it.

You become dependent on the product and still have chapped lips every time you don't use it.

Also, drinking more water and eating foods with healthy fats like eggs or avocados helps keep your skin well-nourished and resistant to dryness.

I always say it as a joke, but there's an uncomfortable truth there.

If your room's a mess, you probably are too.

And before you say it's just a room, let me tell you, it's not just that.

I've had days, whole phases even, where my room looks like a battlefield.

A chair piled with dirty clothes, stuff scattered everywhere.

And yeah, I've done the same thing you probably do.

I look at it, sigh, and crash on the bed like it's nothing.

Those days, I'm a mess and my room reflects it.

A clean room, bro, equals a clearer mind.

It's like by putting order in that small space, you're also putting order in your head.

And you don't need to obsess over perfection.

It's a small detail, but small details make a big difference, especially when you feel like life's running you over.

So, if your room's a disaster right now, you know what you gotta do.

Because if you can't even handle what's around you, how the hell are you gonna handle your life?

Clean your room, and you'll start to clean yourself up too.

It seems like hitting the gym has become trendy, and there are more people training now than in the past.

So, if you wanna stand out, you need a body that's not only aesthetic, but also a tough, functional machine.
