Hi Harper's Bazaar, I'm Sam Mizrahi and I'm going to take you through a day in the life of a model during New York Fashion Week.

So I have three shows, I need to prep my skin for it.

Present continuous

So my skin is very, very dry and also since I'm traveling a lot, spending my time mostly on airplanes, makeup and everything, fashion weeks, stress, all of this.

In the meanwhile, I'm going to get a tea.

Using this paper to dry my face because I feel like it's more safe than using a towel.

Basically when I'm going to shows, I just use skincare products and obviously not doing makeup at all because they're going to do my makeup.

I'm going to do a bit of gua sha before I'm getting dressed.

Okay, so I'm waiting for the car to come pick me up for the Ulla Johnson show.

The reference is just going to be enhancing your beautiful hair as it is.

Natural movement, just some S waves going on but a little bit more polished.

I took my allergy pills because I feel like it's coming.

I wouldn't say that I get nervous anymore when I walk, more excited.

The first time I walked, I was super nervous.

To calm down, I usually just try to breath and remember that they chose me.

So, I'm going to change and I'll see you later.

Okay, so it's 8.16 and I have some time before we're doing the show.

So, I was actually a fashion student in Israel.

One of my teachers asked me to model for his own brand.

And then my mother agent from Israel, he scouted me through my teacher's friend's Instagram.

And then I was like, okay, let's start doing this.

I feel like I can literally do anything I want.

Spending most of your time far away from home, far away from your family, from everything you know.

It was hard, but I've learned how to get the fun part of it, the good part of this.

The hair and makeup, as you can see, it's very natural, which I really like.

And that's it, I'm on my way to Jason Wu and I'm going to come see you there.

We are in a bit of a rush because I was late since I came from Huda Johnson.

So we did the rehearsal already and I'm just redoing my hair and my makeup.

So, it's 2pm, I just finished the Jason Wu show.

The show was amazing, it was super classic.

So, I'm almost at K and I just forgot to show you the candies that I've got from Jason Wu.

So, I'm done for today, we just finished the show for K.

So, I'm going to get my hair and makeup done.

I'm going back home after this great time and I'll see you.
