This is Sarah Shahi and I'm going to show you my nighttime skin routine.

It's kind of like a lotion-based cleanser, so it's not too harsh.

And all of the products that I use, they don't strip your skin of oils.

It's like I like products that really leave moisture.

If I could rub Crisco all over my face, I would.

Not that I'm saying that that's what you should do.

I don't like like hard, hard, hard, hard, um, rubbing.

So I try to keep it kind of gentle and then you wash it off.

And then also when I like dry my face off, I never make it totally dry.

This right here, this bad boy is pretty great.

And, um, yeah, like it doesn't strip your face of oils.

The next thing I do after this, this right here, this for me, it's a Dr. Dennis Gross, and it's like a two-step process.

And, you know, I think you're supposed to use them maybe like once or twice a week cause they are kind of strong, but I'm such a fan.

Sometimes, sometimes multiple times a day, but yeah, it's like having like a full on facial in these two little packets right here.

You can travel with them too, because like I said, like, they're just these little packets that can go anywhere.

So it's this little talent right here and yeah, just like that.

Cause even after you do like wash your face, I'll do this and I'll be like, Oh, I still had so much stuff left.

So something I've learned along the way of my skincare journey is drink water.

I mean, I can totally tell the difference in my skin, especially my lips.

Cause my lips will get really dry if I don't drink enough water.

It really does do your skin wonders, you know, and coffee doesn't count.

Neither does tea or diet Coke or Stevia, but yeah, just good old fashioned water.

I can just wash my face and I still have stuff on there.

So I moved on to the second towelette and this one, this is my favorite.

The anti-aging neutralizer that right there.

So whether it actually does anti-age, like, I don't know, but all I know is when I don't use these for a while, and then I do go back to them.

Like people always comment, they're like, Oh my gosh, who did you go to?

I'm like, I went to myself and Dr. Dennis Gross right here.

And these are the ones for me that I always come back to.

So we cleansed, we did the little towelettes.

And then after that Skin Medica is brilliant for a lot of reasons, but I love their pigment correcting serum.

When I had my children, you know, I'm Persian and I get dark spots and melasma easily.

So this for me really was a game changer in keeping the spots away.

I'm down for a few freckles, but then the big old patches that kind of look, we got to say, so that pump right there.

And yeah, again, it's like, I really believe in being gentle to the skin.

I don't like push and pull and whatever, but I just kind of like pressing things in.

And I remember this one makeup artist I work with, she told me she was like, cause she saw me do something and I was really like going down like this.

And she was like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

She was like, you know, Steven Tyler was the one who taught me, you go up, you go up.

I love for my skin to feel very moisturized all the time, even in the summer, even if I'm sweating, I still want my skin to feel supple and dewy and moisturized.

So I have searched high and low and the actual skin lotion that is just the Holy grail is this Lolita skin food.

And you can get this at, I don't know, let's see Whole Foods, Air One.

I think even like the CVS has it now it's an all natural product.

They're all like plant-based and this is the heavy cream.

And it's not going to look pretty when I first put it on.

I'm just gonna warn you, but that's okay because it absorbs really well, but there's that right there.

And yeah, it's really thick and I wear this even in the summer.

And like I said, I've tried to go like, look for some of the other, you know, fancier lotions and they just kind of just sit on top of my skin.

You know, they don't really absorb the way this absorbs.

I feel like I have to try it for a month and then I can usually tell if it's working or not working for my skin.

It literally just feels like your skin just drank a whole glass of water.

Like it just fills you up in the best way.

They have like a light cream and the heavy cream and the heavy cream for me is the way to go all the time.

So after that, this potion serum by Lula right there, um, this was introduced to me by makeup artists that I started working with last year.

And it's incredible because it has a whole bunch of anti-inflammatory ingredients in it.

Like hemp, I think there's like roses in there.

Um, a lot of other things that I should probably know, um, are in here.
