Osaka!  We're in Osaka right now, and we happen to be here at the same time as the Tenjin Matsuri, which is happening today.

So, fun fact about this, this is, I believe, the second biggest Matsuri in all of Japan.

Yeah, that's why it's fun, because you didn't know.

Yeah, I'm just kind of here along for the journey, but one of my favorite things about Matsuris is Matsuri food.

And I love Matsuris, but they're in the summer, so right now it is absolutely scorching.

So, we'll bring you along with us, try a bunch of good Matsuri food, and give you tips along the way about how to enjoy Matsuri the best.

So, this Matsuri, as many Matsuris around the country, happen around shrines and temples, and also Shotengais, which is the over-covered arcade areas.

This is the longest Shotengai in all of Japan.

So, it starts down there, and it goes all the way...

If you want to walk the whole thing, it takes maybe, in this heat, an hour, 45 minutes.
