I mean, I've never eaten that much pepper in my life.

The phone protector.  Oh, the perfect breakfast does exist.

To be fair, most days of the week, I grab a banana, down some coffee, and then throw myself out the front door.

But, maybe once, maybe twice, if I'm lucky, I will have this mega breakfast.

I mean, you can't go wrong with rice krispies.

As I've gotten older, I want to feel younger.

The thing that I get most excited about here, though, is this.

A few years ago, I went to Norway for the weekend.

And I was in a cafe, and I saw this cheese.

Even though I thought, oh, it looks a bit weird.

It's a beautiful, rich, creamy tanginess.

Like regular cheese, but with a smooth, caramelly finish.

I've actually been able to convert some people to eating it.

Like, I remember, went on Trash Taste, I think a year or two ago.

And Joey was like, oh, mate, fucking brown cheese, what is it?

And then he went there, to Norway, had it, and he messaged me.

And was like, ah, it's pretty fucking good, mate.

Breakfast is, I think, for a lot of people, an afterthought.

And it's nice to sit, relax, eat a few different dishes, and think about the day ahead.

So, Charlotte's been away on the road recently.

And I thought I'd cook her a romantic meal.

A nice, juicy cut of steak from Cape Grim.

The only thing grim tonight is going to be my cooking.

You've heard of Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Jean Robuchon.

And there's a recipe in here for Snoop Dogg's favourite filet mignon.

And I'm going to follow it to the letter, as I always say.

If it's good enough for Snoop Dogg, it's good enough for Charlotte.

It's going to be anything but Cape Grim tonight.

You know, cats are pretty dangerous creatures.

But one wrong move and it can go full-blown Colonel Gaddafi.

For example, a few months ago, Maro came here into my study.

And I was in a nice mood, so I stroked his head, patted his stomach at the same time.

And now he expects that every single day, without fail, once after breakfast and once before I go to bed at night.

Miss it once, and he gets very scary very fast.

And he will not stop until he gets a massage that he feels he sorely deserves.

So, be careful when creating a routine for your cat.

Cancel it once, and they'll feel like you've just cancelled Christmas.

I've got the K-Car back from Natsuki for a few weeks.

We actually just shot a video around a racetrack, which is coming soon.

I also used it to move a very special piece of equipment from my apartment to the studio, which I'll show you a little bit later on.

This June was, I think, the hottest summer on record.

And if you go outside, it is a joke temperature.

So, I have the three horsemen of any good Japanese summer.

You need that awkward-sounding drink to keep you hydrated, keep you going.

Don't be deterred by the clinical-sounding name.
