Okay, so everybody always asks us what we're drinking in the grilling videos, and the answer is...

So, we're going to show you how to make that while we're finishing up the last recipe for our Homestyle Mexican Cooking class.

So, we're going to have two glasses with ice, some lime juice, I love this key lime, get a couple squirts there, one, two, do me the honors with the salt.

That's what it's called in Mexico, caballitos.

You can get the Mexican one with the pulp and the glass bottle.

That was actually good.   It was pretty good.

Yeah, but it's bright pink.  And then Jarritos makes a good one.

Sometimes I like to add a little bit of sparkling water, but this time I don't want to do that, so.

Yeah.      So, we're going to try to make a Paloma.

We have been working all this weekend, shooting 15 videos with Carlos' family's recipes, and your own recipes.

We are so full of good food right now, and we just have to eat one more good food, and we're done for the day.
