A year ago, I showed off Sherry's new Tokyo apartment she just moved into.

A very normal apartment, right in the middle of Tokyo, with amazing rent.

Present continuous

She's been here for a year now, so I'm gonna ask her what's changed.

Let's get Sherry to show us how she's been living here for the last year.

All right, kitchen is pretty much the same.

I do love, though, how you not only have fruit gushers, but also a box of nerds now.

This is just... you're living peak life here, Sherry.

Especially coming from the countryside, the kitchen is actually very, very tiny.

I usually just get some, like, frozen food and then heat it up in a microwave and eat, and done.

That's more stuff than I thought you owned.

Remember when you moved this mess the whole way and it went crazy?

Now, now it's perfect.  Actually, I'm a little OCD, so I want it level.

Toilet is the same, and the bathroom hasn't changed much either.

And I usually hang my next day's outfit so that I can wake up and just grab it.

But when I'm home, I use this space more than a desk.

Norm's fan, Norm's air purifier, and Norm's power bank.

It's like a year ago, Sharon was like, hey, can I borrow a few things?

And like Flanders lending to Homer, I don't ever expect to get them back.

But you really don't have that much more stuff.

I have four containers under my bed, but two of them are still completely empty.

Because I don't spend much time in my house and I don't need a lot of stuff.

This is a very standard or normal Tokyo apartment.

But when we did our last video, so many people, that's actually a tiny apartment.
