We are across the Guadalupe River from Camp Mystic and you can see the campgrounds there behind you.

Those cabins here on the left side, that is where the youngest campers were staying and we have spoken with some people who were there who described the floodwaters rising.

The waters would have come up over the road here well into those cabins over there and the only place for those young campers to escape was to have been able to break out windows on the side of those cabins and then make their way up that hill to get to higher ground.

A lot of those windows open, you can see debris everywhere.

One side of the wall of that gathering hall there has been blown out.

The damage is rather extensive and you can see the force.

Look at these massive trees wrapped around other trees.

As we drove in we saw a mattress about a hundred feet high in a tree that was left there.

It's just stunning scenes of destruction.
