The gloves are going on.      Step one, glove up.

I'll grab one and kind of like follow along.

So the crawfish is a small twist and tear.

That gives you the most out of the crawfish.

Don't twist too much and then start tearing.

For the shrimp, pretty much the same way.

Now, once my friend here is ready, I think we're ready to go into a crab.
