The best revenge on life is living healthy.

I'm at the place in life where I want to do the best work I can.

That's why I've done the physical transformation.

I'm always working on my spirit and my mind.

I can see.  What I loved about the movie, Gladiator 2, is that I felt like the whole storyline was about fighting for what's right, fighting for your vision.

Even I, myself, as a young woman, sometimes I feel like we live in a generation where it's so easy to feel lost and discouraged.

How do we keep the face to keep on fighting for what feels right to us and for what we want in life?

Spend a half an hour every morning in quiet time first.

Take some deep breaths and say thank you.

When you get quiet, you start to hear things.

Take time with yourself, alone with yourself.

And in the movie, the motto of the Gladiator is strength and honor.

Denzel, what are your two core values that you would always fight for?

My faith and my, well, it's not core value, but I'll always fight for my faith and I'll always fight for my family.

I'm also wondering, you know, we were talking about, you know, always keep on fighting, keep on fighting.

But some people in life don't even try to fight.

Some people don't even try because they're afraid of rejection.

They're afraid of what people might think, might say about them.

So how do we stay being ourselves, our true selves in this arena called life?

Quiet time, alone, whether you pray, whether you meditate, whether you, no music, no nothing, just sound.

Because what you're reacting to then is peace.

Once you get up and grab the things or whatever, what you're reacting to is chaos.

You can get addicted to peace and you can also get addicted to chaos.

So the desire for something more shocking, more stunning grows because you're developing a habit of needing that shot, if you will. 10 minutes.

Well, I actually have another question for you because- I don't have any money.
