As you know, I have a few more videos that are coming out before I completely fall off the grid of this channel.

Who knows, I might come back, I might come back on a different channel, I don't know.

It's all up in the air, but I'm kind of just following my intuition and doing what I want to do now.

I love when I personally see people evolve and change and grow and just expand whatever they're currently doing because you have to think of it this way.

What do you see yourself doing within the next 3 to 10 years?

And that's a question that a lot of people don't want to face because of a lot of fear and things like that.

Really, in order to grow, in order to succeed, in order to do anything that we want to do, we have to pay attention to what is holding us back.

And a lot of the times, that is what's holding people back is they don't want to face where they will be in just a few years.

They're afraid of the future, they're afraid of that kind of thing.

And I'm not saying think about the future 24-7.

You don't want to think about the end goal.

You want to have a why, you want to have goals, you want to have systems, those types of things.

And when it comes to goals and things like that, it doesn't have to be anything huge either.

It can be something super small, like having that goal to live a peaceful life somewhere in the mountains or something.

It doesn't have to necessarily be, I want to be the next American Idol or something like that.

It can be super simple and sometimes people tend to make their goals and their visions very complicated.

Or they feel like if they choose a vision, or they create a vision, or they want to do something, or they have a goal, that it can't change and those things can't shift.

We as humans are meant to evolve and to shift and to grow.

And I feel like we have to embrace that part of ourselves, especially if you're someone that is stuck in a 9-5 that you've always disliked and it's something that isn't aligned with you.

And staying there, what is that going to do for you?

Or if you're like me who has been on YouTube for 7 years and feeling called to do something else, why stick with this when I'm not completely happy with it?

A lot of people don't change because when they do change or they change their mind.

I know a friend of mine said she was going to school for a really long time.

She decided to do something completely different.

And there was a lot of resistance to that in family and friends and things like that.

So when you feel that resistance on the outside, especially if you're switching your niche in your brand or like I said, doing something different, going to school, going back to school, completely changing your mind, a lot of people are like, really?

So then eventually you feel resistance in yourself, which is not okay because you really want to look at what you want and what will make you happy and uplevel your life in a way that suits you.

And that's an issue with a lot of people when it comes to doing the things that they want to do.

And that is one of the reasons is we feel the resistance outside of us.

But I'm going to give you some more reasons as to why you can't do the things that you want to do, even when you want to do them.

So I'm going to give you tips on how to do those things, even when you can't do them.

So how many of you have said or heard things like I can't start a business because X, Y, and Z.

Can't start a business because I didn't go to business school.

I can't start a business because I think it's way too hard.

I feel like I need support or money in the beginning.

I can't move to Japan because I don't have enough money.

I can't learn a language because I don't have the time.

How many of you have heard that is I can't do something because I don't have time.

That's an issue where we have to really step back a little bit and adopt something called Shoshin, which is a beginner's mind in Japanese.

And that process is all about really getting out of that fixed mindset and going into a growth mindset.

So instead of saying like, I can't do something, I can't do that.

You have to ask the question, how can I do that?

How can I move to Japan and make enough money to do so?

How can I start a business without going to business school?

Because a lot of the time society makes up these rules and these laws that aren't necessarily true.

And it creates a lot of limiting beliefs within us, especially growing up.

What did your family continuously say to you as kids?

Because from zero to seven, we're sponges.

And when we hear those thoughts and those limiting beliefs from other people, then we obtain them and it becomes our own beliefs, even though it really isn't what we feel deep inside.

So that's the difference between listening to your mind and listening to your soul and your heart.

So you really want to go back into your childhood.

You really want to go back into experiences that you've had even after age seven, in college, in high school, your friend group, who were you surrounding yourself with?

Because you're still absorbing so many different things, influences, media, other people, and it becomes a belief that isn't actually yours.

And some people live lives that aren't actually theirs.

And that is what opening up your soul and adopting ikigai is all about.

So when it comes to doing something that you want to do, when you feel like you can't, it's usually a block that needs to be unblocked.

So you want to dig deep into those limiting beliefs.

And there are many tools and ways to do that, which I talk about and dive deep into in module two in my course, the ikigai lifestyle course.

So you can unblock those things and open up your soul a little bit more to figure out exactly what you want.

There were so many times in my journey, especially as an entrepreneur and somebody who's starting a business now, of reasons why I wasn't starting.

Like I said, four years ago, I started a business called Pink Socialites and I had a brand coach and I was really excited about it.

But of course I felt these limiting thoughts, like this is too hard.

I felt a lot of resistance in my audience.

So eventually I shrunk back into my shell and I decided to not go ahead and do it.

There are a lot of people telling me, what if this happens?

Of course, you still have to have a plan, but you tackle those things when they happen.

You can't dwell on the future and the what ifs because that's going to hold you back even more.

And all that fear is going to come up within you.

And eventually you're just not going to take action.

And the only way to succeed is by taking action.

And also the thing that you focus on the most is what you attract the most.

Those are the experiences that you attract the most.
