Yuna has slept an hour and a half, which is very, very, very rare in the morning, and I had to actually wake her up.

So I was able to do some breathing exercises for my diastasis recti, and I was able to shower at the same time.

We just talked to my mom, and she spit up everywhere right onto my dress.

It's too hot to go outside, so today we're gonna maybe go to the store really quick across the street.

So this is all important for wellness and just getting back on track.

I'm not going to show you that because that's personal obviously and that's where I budget my money.

These used to be here for my business, but I just wanted to show you what my dashboard looked like because I just want to inspire you guys to download Notion as well.

I love that it's so customizable and that's what I really wanted.

It was something that was super customizable.

You could add graphics and colors and things like that.

It's been such a great asset to my life and my business and again, I'm just an advocate for Notion.

I am going to try and put her in the bouncer.

She's been not loving the bouncer lately.
