Present continuous

This video is for those who are pursuing a better life for themselves, but you haven't quite gotten there yet, and you're left in this middle stage that possesses a lot of  And maybe you experience some wins here, some losses there, but your progress is more or less consistent and volatile, if you will.

And you're feeling discouraged, or maybe you're second-guessing yourself.

You're lacking the confidence that you need in order to really enjoy this process.

And all of these things are completely understandable, because nothing that you are pursuing or nothing you desire has really been cemented in your reality.

You have the vision, you have the dream, but the progress, especially at the time frame or at least in the time span that we usually look at, which is pretty narrow, it doesn't seem like a whole lot is getting done.

So it's understandable to second-guess yourself, to be discouraged and lack a strong level of confidence.

But the real problem beneath all of this is that you know and feel that you are capable of much more.

And there is something within you that confirms that you are capable of what you envision.

But your current experience of life does not match that.

And that is what causes the dissonance that you feel.

And this dissonance is what leads to a lack of confidence.

And it's what leads to that uncertainty that you feel.

Because living like this, not enjoying the process of pursuing your dreams and ambitions, just simply is not sustainable.

Because what won't change is the fact that it's going to take you time in order to get to where you want to go.

What won't change is that process is required in order to get to the desired outcome.

And the perspective that we should understand is that the reason you do not have what you want is because you are not yet the person who is capable.

So in order to have something, you must first do the actions that are required in order to have it.

And in order to be capable of doing the actions that are required, you must first be the person who is capable of those actions.

We are still developing, becoming stronger, smarter, wiser, more refined, and precise in the way we make decisions, etc.

This does not mean that we are not meant for what we desire, or what we envision.

And so if we can manage to have faith and trust in that this evolutionary process, if you will, does in fact result in the way the ride.

And instead of living our days and uncertainty and insecurity about what is to come, we can actually regain the confidence that we've been missing.

And as a result, fall in love with the process and live life as it was intended.
