  • We came on after a football double header.

  • The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL on the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift.

  • I swear there's just where to go to. Sorry about that.

  • At the 2024 Golden Globes, all eyes and some jokes were on Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet kissed on cam, and Billie Eilish gave a heartfelt speech after her win.

  • Here are our nominees for the most must-see moments of the night.

  • After shouting out Taylor in his opening monologue, host comedian Joe Coy also quipped about actor Robert De Niro and how he recently welcomed his seventh child at age 79.

  • I'm a bit awestruck.

  • This guy's amazing decade after decade.

  • He just kills it every single time.

  • I don't know how you do it, man.

  • I swear to God.

  • Your last performance is gonna be your greatest performance ever.

  • How did you get her pregnant at 80?

  • CGI! CGI?

  • Is he looking, is he looking, is he looking, you talking to me?

  • Comedian Ali Wong, who won for Female Actor in a Limited Anthology Series or TV Movie, hard-launched her under-the-radar romance with actor Bill Hader when she and the SNL Alum kissed ahead of her speech.

  • And the Golden Globe goes to Ali Wong.

  • This is Ali Wong's first nomination and she gets her first win.

  • Ali whips her Golden Globe tonight for her role of Amy in Beef.

  • And speaking of PDA, Kylie Jenner and Wonka nominee, Timothée Chalamet's very couplely interaction went viral.

  • Though he didn't win, the two seemed to be on cloud nine, with fans online saying they caught the actor and reality star swapping 'I love yous' on the Golden Globe's live feed.

  • Also on the stream was Taylor Swift, who got a surprise hug from Bestie Selena Gomez, who was nominated for her role in Only Murders in the Building.

  • The sweet moment quickly turned into a serious kiki with the two, along with Taylor's plus one, Keleigh Sperry, whispering what seemed like some piping hot tea.

  • As for Taylor, her 'Eras Tours' and concert film went head to head with other big money-makers for cinematic and box office achievement.

  • But sorry, Swifties, Taytay didn't go home a winner.

  • And the Golden Globe goes to Barbie.

  • However, Swift's reaction to Barbie's win is super supportive. Icon supporting icons.

  • In other viral moments, one that seemed made for meme was during Succession star Kieran Culkin's acceptance speech for actor in a drama TV series.

  • Kieran gave fellow nominee Pedro Pascal a shout-out and Pedro's face was priceless.

  • Thanks to Succession.

  • I've been in here a couple times.

  • It's nice, but I sort of accepted I was never going to be on the stage.

  • So this is a nice moment.

  • Suck it, Pedro. Sorry.

  • Mine.

  • Other great moments included Oppenheimer actor Cillian Murphy joking about his unintentional makeover.

  • First question, do I have lipstick all over my nose?

  • I'm just gonna leave it.

  • Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell reunited for a hilarious award intro.

  • They wanted us to come out, here make a bunch of jokes and we said, no. - We said no, we want to be serious tonight. Why?

  • Because it's a serious night. - And they knew just what to do to get what they wanted.

  • Play our favorite song we look ridiculous. - Like a couple of J-Holes.

  • I am embarrassed.

  • The Golden Globes have not changed.

  • Jennifer Lawrence threatened to bounce if she didn't win.

  • Robert Downey Jr. gave everyone a heads up about his state of mind in his speech.

  • I took a Beta blockers, so this is going to be a breeze.

  • Emma Stone made a rare comment about her husband Dave McCary.

  • Dave, I have to start with you really quickly.

  • I love you very much. Thank you for everything.

  • But the most emotional moments came from singer Billie Eilish and Killers of the Flower Moon actress Lily Gladstone.

  • Billy spoke of her mental health when she and her brother Phineas accepted the award for original song for their track from the Barbie film, What Was I Made For?

  • You know, it was exactly a year ago almost that we were showing the movie and I was very, very miserable and depressed at the time,

  • and writing that song kind of saved me a little bit and a year later and here we are, and it's really surreal.

  • I feel incredibly incredible, lucky, incredibly lucky and grateful, and you guys scare the living hell out of me, everyone in this room.

  • But thank you so much. Thank you.

  • This means so much.

  • And Lily who grew up on the reservation of the Blackfeet Nation started her speech for best actress in a motion picture drama with her native language.

  • [Speaking in Blackfeet language]

  • Thank you.

  • I just spoke a bit of Blackfeet language, the beautiful community nation that raised me, that encouraged me to keep going, keep doing this.

  • You know, my mom who even though she's not Blackfeet work tirelessly to get our language into our classroom.

  • So I had a Blackfeet language teacher growing up.

  • After thanking co-stars Leonardo Dicaprio and Robert De Niro, along with director Martin Scorsese, she gave an inspiring message to young native kids with big dreams.

  • This is for every little rez kid, every little urban kid, every little native kid out there who has a dream, who is seeing themselves represented and our stories told by ourselves in our own words, with tremendous allies and tremendous trust from, with and from each other.

  • So, thank you all so much.
