  • Oh, it's Mr. Noodle's sister, Ms. Noodle.

  • - [Elmo And Children] Hi, Ms. Noodle.

  • - Well, what do we do to learn something new?

  • - [Smartie, Elmo And Children] We look it up.

  • - Curtain up on theater.

  • Here we go.

  • A theater is a place where stories called plays

  • are performed.

  • Actors and actresses talk, sing, or dance to tell the story.

  • Some plays even use puppets.

  • Set designers are people who make the backgrounds.

  • Costume designers make clothes for the actors.

  • You can go to the theater

  • A play can be about whatever you want it to be.

  • - Yay, bravo, Smartie.

  • Now we have to choose an actor to be in our play.

  • A robot, a cowgirl, or a mouse?

  • Look at him go.

  • - [Children] He's dancing.

  • - Then he got tired and took a nap, the end.

  • (laughing) Yay, we put on a play together.

  • Oh, and that's great

  • because Elmo wants to learn all about toys.

  • - Well, what do we do to learn something new?

  • - [Smartie, Elmo And Children] We look it up.

  • - Searching for toys, here we go.

  • Toys are things you play with.

  • You can pretend with them, like dolls.

  • You can snuggle with them, like stuffed animals.

  • There are toys you can build with, like building blocks.

  • You can even build your own toys.

  • But there's one thing all toys have in common,

  • they're all about having fun.

  • - Wow, that's great, Smartie.

  • Oh, but you know what makes a toy even better?
