  • Set designers are people who make the backgrounds.

  • Costume designers make clothes for the actors.

  • A play can be about whatever you want it to be.

  • Elmo wonders if we can put on our very own play.

  • Are you ready? Curtain up.

  • First, we have to decide where our play takes place.

  • On the moon, a train, or in a castle?

  • Now, we have to choose an actor to be in our play?

  • A robot, a cow girl, or a mouse?

  • - [Kid 2] Robot.

  • - Okay. (imitates robot beeping)

  • Now, we have to pick what the robot does.

  • - [Kid 3] He likes to dance.

  • You're acting like the big, bad wolf.

  • (comical trumpeting) Bravo.
