So I recently learned of a really neat service here in Japan that I've never seen before And now I can't drive that Japan is very strict when it comes to drinking and driving with a near zero tolerance policy if your Breathalyzer as little 0.03 you could receive as much as a $10,000 punishment as well as up to five years in prison and anybody who's in the car with you could potentially receive equal punishment.
